Still waiting for my dome after three weeks. GeodomeX use UPS as delivery who's communication is a shambles.
Due to my wife having unexpected Hospital appointments and the fact I work 8am till 5pm I missed the three deliveries because they refused to deliver past 5pm!
I offered to pick up the dome and UPS AI just said no and sent my dome back to geodome x...the whole experience has been a nightmare!

Amazing, ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday. Hassle free.
You must follow instructions accurately by doing so everything fits together without problems.
This is a wonderful addition to our garden, lovely to sit and look out at our views of the countryside! Very cosy!

Excellent addition to the garden , quick delivery and support

We absolutely love our GeoDomeX! It has completely transformed our garden and given us an extra living space that we can enjoy all year round. The quality is excellent, it looks fantastic, and it has quickly become our favourite place to relax.
One of the best things about it is that we can still enjoy sitting outside even when it's raining. Listening to the rain on the dome while staying warm and dry is so relaxing. It's the perfect place to unwind with a coffee or spend time with family, whatever the weather.
We're so pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend GeoDomeX to anyone looking to make the most of their garden. Five stars!

We’re loving our dome but the instruction manual could be a bit clearer, it takes a bit more experience than just building flat pack furniture

After reading the positive reviews and reviewing the company's website, I was initially very impressed. One of the key factors in my decision to place an order was the advertised 48-hour turnaround time.
On 25 May, I ordered the largest dome package along with bespoke flooring. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. Not only was the advertised turnaround time not met, but I also received no proactive communication from the company regarding the delay. The dome was only delivered approximately two weeks later after I had made several calls chasing an update myself.
As of 29 July, I am still waiting for the bespoke flooring to arrive. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, I have yet to receive a confirmed delivery date. Over the past two months, I have been given several explanations for the delay, along with multiple promised delivery dates that have not been met.
I have also attempted to escalate the matter, but my concerns have not been addressed and calls have not been returned. At this stage, communication appears to have stalled completely, leaving me without the flooring I ordered and with no clear indication of when the issue will be resolved.
This experience has fallen well short of the expectations set by the company's advertised service and the reviews that initially encouraged me to place my order. While delays can happen, the lack of proactive communication, missed delivery commitments, and difficulty in obtaining updates have been particularly frustrating.

Bought a geodome to help us enjoy the garden. Got it up today. Took a while to do as I was on my own but it's turned out great

Have been having trouble now for 2 days trying to get the dome built. One of the reasons I chose to go with geodomex because they offer online support amongst other things vs other dome company's. For the past two days the online chat has not been available. They have also ignored my emails now for 2 days. £900 is alot of money for these things so iv on the verge of sending it back. Absolutely shocking customer service......... IN REGARDS TO GEODOMESX REPLY, I HAVE THE SCREENSHOTS FROM WHEN I SENT THE EMAIL! 2 DAYS! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. WILL BE ESCALATING.... Next update they flagged this post for defamatory lol but trust pilot disagreed and put it back up HA! BAD LOOK TRYING TO SILENCE CUSTOMERS. PLEASE READ THE OTHER 1* REVIEWS! WASTE OF MONEY. I SEE THEY STILL HAVNT EXPLAINED WHY ONLINE CHAT ISN'T WORKING? SHAMBLES.... Took 6 days but review back up as geodomex trying to silence customers.
