Went together easily. Time consuming for sure. Door doesn’t work unless perfectly level and fixed to the ground or other surface.

Brilliant
Excellent delivery , quick and efficient .
Bought base and standard dome. All went together really quickly and easily . We had a few issues regarding a door that fell out. However good back up and happy with result . Love love love our dome . Relax, eat and snooze in it , brilliant for drying clothes !!! Been a little too warm in this heatwave, but perfect place on a cool windy day to sit and enjoy surroundings .

GeoDomeX からの回答
Dear Hilary,
Thank you for your message, and we're sorry to hear about any frustration and inconvenience. Our customers don't typically have any issues with base installs.
As mentioned in our recent email our customer service team is available for inbound calls Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (UK time), and you're very welcome to give us a call at your convenience so we can discuss the issue directly.
From the information provided so far, it appears that the dome simply needs to be anchored down under tension to ensure proper door operation. However, we appreciate that you have advised the dome is already clamped down with clamps and tensioned with packers however it was only designed with full screw down method in mind.
To help move this forward as quickly as possible, we have also sent a request to our technical team asking them to contact you directly to discuss the issue and assist with troubleshooting but please feel free to call us on 02038861874 at you convienience.
Kind regards,
GeoDomeX

So far so good
So far so good, having finally got half decent weather to open boxes and see great attention to detail upon packing, panels seem sturdier than I thought they might have been, actually quite surprised and impressed with what I have so far seen, cannot wait to build and use in sometimes not so great British weather, currently reading through the build instructions supplied in box, and sure that the great detail given will ensure we have it up soon

Arrived very neatly packaged
Arrived very neatly packaged, I’m amazed it all fit into two relatively small boxes. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. It will probably take me longer than most as I’m building it alone, which shows just how easy it is! As it’s not fully built yet I’ve not yet experienced the full effect, but looking forwards to getting lots of use out of it.

From purchase to erecting the Dome
From start to finish everyone I communicated with was patient, reassuring and friendly. When the assembly team came, they were friendly, hard working and placed it exactly where I wanted. They even remembered it was my birthday, which I didn't expect. I highly recommend them.
