Family Power of Attorney
We approached Gavin Edmondson Solicitors in Northwich (we live in Stoke on Trent) about setting up both a Property and Financial plus a Health and Warfare for my brother. Initial contact was with Ella Knight (Client Adviser). This was smooth and clear and then we met our Solicitor, Chris Bull. Both Chris and Ella were excellent, kept us up to date, Chris didn’t bombard us with terminology, and the process just flowed. I would most certainly recommend GE Solicitors

Power of Attorney
I used Gavin Edmondson solicitors for my Power of Attorney as they were recommended to me. I dealt with Jade and Gavin who were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. They explained everything throughly and answered all my questions straight away.
I have been intending to sort this out for a while now as know it’s just as important as having a will. I can now relax knowing it’s all sorted.
I have & will continue to recommend these solicitors to everyone I know.

Excellent experience

difficult inheritance…
I had a very difficult inheritance issue which I raised with Gavin at gesols. He was very understanding about my situation, clearly and professionally outlining issues and complications that may crop up when trying to resolve the situation. He gave advice and explained what the potential outcomes and costs that could be incurred.
Gavin and his assistant Kayleigh were very supportive and helpful.

Family law is emotive and complex to endure. Hopefully a one off event. In fact when our family found itself in need of advice we were in a desperate place. We researched and found
Gavin Edmondson Solicitors Limited, Gavin dealt with our situation personally. It was clear that he understood the background. Very empathetic, straightforward, and gave hope to us, when we felt defeated. This has been so important to us. We have invested a considerable sum of money, and we know there are cheaper solicitors, but we are confident in Gavin's knowledge and weight of expertise which we need in our corner. It's not about money. its about the representation and opportunity to overcome injustice and all its long term implications. We are happy that we have Gavin in our corner.

Meeting at Gavin Edmondson Solicitors
We recently contacted Gavin Edmondson Solicitors at Northwich and subsequently had a face to face meeting with Gavin, due to a family member getting into a scrape with the police for smoking a weed cigarette.
I would thoroughly recommend Gavin without reservation.
He immediately put us at ease with his down to earth approach to the issue we had. He is extremely knowledgeable of all the intricacies of the law and gave us absolutely fantastic legal advice.
I cannot thank Gavin enough, and I know it's a cliche regularly used by people stating somebody went that extra mile, but Gavin did in my opinion certainly go that extra mile.

From first contact I felt assured and appreciated at a very difficult time. Ed and his team along with John the Barrister were firm in their response to my questions and were very firm in how my divorce case would pan out. I would recommend them very very highly. What they predicted would happen did happen and I am very pleased I chose them.
