Völlig undurchsichtiger Bestellvorgang. Ich wollte 2 x Sonabuds bestellen, waren hinterher 8. Keine Warenkorbkorrektur möglich. Habe alle Bestellungen storniert. Wird aber nicht drauf eingegangen. Ich möchte die earbuds zurückschicken und mein Geld wiederbekommen
Keine Rechnung erhalten. Kein Rücksendeetikett.
Lässt bloß die Finger davon.

Hallo, ein Fehler meinerseits in der Anschrift wurde im Handumdrehen von dem Kundenservice berichtigt.
Kaum, dass ich meinen Fehler gemeldet hatte wurde sich der Sache angenommen und geändert.
Ich wollte es wäre immer und überall soviel Willen und Freude an der Arbeit wie in dem Kundenkontakt von Sonabuds.
Werde gerne und jeder Zeit dort wieder einkaufen.

Cancelation of one order to buy Sonabuds.
Unfortunately i had to cancel one order to buy sonabuds, because of the expected expenses at customs, in Brasil. Sonabuds ubderstood my problem andcin less than 24h agrees to cancel my order and refund my money. Thanks very much. I'm very satisfied with Sunabuds.

Have not received purchase yet
Have not received purchase yet, lack a tracking number. Finally received the buds last nite March 9. Company came through with tracking info and updates . So communication give the company 5 stars.
