We are sorry to hear about this experience. We understand how frustrating and stressful it must have been, especially when the issue was something that could have been resolved quickly with clearer communication.

While Cash ISA transfers involve multiple parties and checks, you are right to expect timely updates when something prevents a transfer from completing. We are sorry that this was not communicated clearly and that it led to unnecessary delays and inconvenience. That is not the standard we aim to provide.
