Getflix is a great service company. The support is quick, reliable, trustworthy and effective. Both VPN and DNS access is topnotch. Highly recommend

I have used Getflix for many years and it has been very reliable. On the occasions, and there have been several over the years, when the streaming service improve their IP location detection, Getflix customer care always find a way to get me back up and running.

Had problem with connection. Emailed the support team and honestly wasn’t expecting any prompt response. To my surprise, the support team responded quickly, politely and they were helpful. Thank you!

Worst trash that I ever used, I did a trial then they didnt let me cancel, i emailed them isntantly they replied to me after it charged me already for it, I kept insisting for a refund but they kept refusing, so I tried to use that trash, but guess what? netflix detects it and blocks it so I wrote the support again, been waiting for them to reply now for 5 days ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Stay as far away as you can from those crooks.

I’ve been using Getflix for five years and it’s great. Whenever I have any issues tech support always helps me out. Definitely recommend!

Brilliant customer support and always quick and happy to help. The rare times there is an issue, the team get it resolved within a day or two.

Have been using for a few years and has worked consistently. There are periods when there might be some issues, but the support is there and they try to fix the problem.

I have been using for 15 years. Service has been excellent. Response to any issues is lightning fast and helpful. Of course, not problem free, but they are dealt with by humans promptly. Couldn't be happier

Great service. Fast and efficient support. Well designed website with all the information you need to do any configuration necessary. Works as advertised via app and SmartDNS for whole network coverage. Been using it for years with few issues.

Have been a customer of theirs for a long time and there's DNS services brilliant however they're getting a one-star rating because of how they treated us I could log into my account last night as my subscription had run out so I logged in and went and paid for another year as soon as I had paid everything stopped working so I logged out and when I tried to log back in I got a message saying my account had been disabled. So basically they took my money charged my card and then disabled my account we've not been able to watch any of our TV shows as a family and missed it important live stream on channel 7 of a family member on the news overseas causing considerable distress to members of our family. We emailed them and had a pretty useless reply saying it will have to be referred to the billing department haven't heard anything back cannot watch any TV and I'm pretty disgusted by the way a loyal customer has been treated. Sadly I doubt they even care about this review and I doubt they'll even bother to reply we'll see

Good reliable service, i use it for at least 3 years

I've been using Getflix for 11 years now. Their Smart DNS and VPN services are excellent, and I use them daily. Issues are rare, but when something does come up, their customer service is quick, courteous, and effective. Just recently, one service stopped working due to changes on the service’s end (not Getflix's fault), and Getflix promptly identified the issue, made the fix, and followed up to confirm everything was working again. I'm a happy long-term customer and recommend Getflix to family and friends when appropriate.

The service works great, and the few times I've had issue, their support was excelent. I will recomend it 100%

I have been using Getflix now for over 3 years and have since upgraded to their yearly plan.
Not that Getflix is without its share of issues, but what is fascinating is their excellent customer service and timely problem solving. They are quick to respond and in my case all issues fixed in a timely manner.
It’s a service I have recommended to many of my friends.

Been using Getflix since 2017, in those 8 years I have only needed their help twice, and both times their response was fast (about 1 hr) and solved my problem.
