We needed something for my daughter and her ankles as she was having issues last year so we thought we would try out Footstr. Only have had them for a few weeks now but they definitely seem to be helping. Hoping that it will help long term for our girl as she grows. Thanks a bunch

My kids really like the product and how it feels. I've had no more complaints about any foot pain. Only issue I have is the shipping and how long it takes to get them. I've done two orders and it's taken almost two weeks both times to get them. I'll get a notification that says my order is ready to ship and it'll sit for a week until I email customer service and ask why it's not moving. Then, suddenly it'll ship the next day. Good product but need to work on the logistics because it shouldn't take me emailing customer service to ask why my order is still sitting in a warehouse.

I ordered three pairs of insoles on 4/18 and received them on 4/28. Unfortunately, one pair was the wrong size. I contacted customer service immediately and was asked for photo evidence on 4/29, which I provided the same day. On 4/30, I was told a replacement would be sent out. However, it has been a week since that confirmation (today is 5/7) and I have not received a tracking number or any further communication. I like the product, but the resolution process has been frustratingly slow.

The inserts were delivered quickly and provided instant relief to my 11 year old son. He always complains of heel pain and is very active in sports. Over time we have noticed his pain is becoming less and less. We will be ordering more to go in all his shoes and cleats. He doesnt want to accidentally ever be without them.

Easy way of shopping and ordering, and good updates on order status. Inserts worked great in sports cleats. Waiting to see how the hold up in my sons wrestling shoes next. So far, great product and giving my son some much needed comfort while participating in sports.

I’m really happy with these insoles—they work great! Within a week, my son’s foot pain eased significantly. After getting additional pairs for his other shoes, his foot pain has now massively decreased. I was so impressed that I ended up buying several more for extra support.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would! It has been almost 1.5 months since I ordered, and my order somehow got lost (I can no longer track it). I've been emailing with customer service, and they aren't helping whatsoever. The only time I hear an "update" from them is when I reach out, even though they say they'll contact me shortly (they never do). I've requested either a refund or new products, and always am told that they'll reach out to the team to figure out a solution. I am tired of receiving apologies when it comes to their unclear communication. Bottom line is that they don't care about their customers, and I've already reported them to the BBB for basically stealing my money. There are plenty of other insole companies out there that provide just as quality, if not, better products, so please do NOT purchase from Footsr. You don't want to go through a similar nightmare of an experience that I am currently battling.

I bought 4 pairs. 2 for each child. Unfortunately my first order the sizes were wrong. But they were willing to give me a discount code to purchase another set, instead of returning the original order. I appreciated that assistance.
The new set worked wonderfully for them.
I think they should write the number size instead of measurements though.

I ordered a pair for my son, ended up getting one for my husband as well. My husband said it is the best investment of his life thus far. He works on his feet and said he has felt the change. My son is four and i have noticed a change for the better in the way he walks.

My son was complaining pain due to his flat feet. With footstr he really feels more comfortable in walking.

We bought these for our 9 year old daughter who plays soccer and also does Girls on the Run. She was complaining (and visibly limping) each time she did these activities as well as just after school from time to time. Once we put these insoles in, she felt almost immediate relief and even says “I think I’m cured and don’t have to wear them anymore.” Of course it’s just because the pain is gone. We should have bought another pair! It’s wonderful to see your kid be able to be active again and be able to live pain free. Definitely worth the money. The quality was great too.

Working great for my daughter who had a major growth spurt and her ligaments needed time to catch up. She feels great wearing them in a variety of shoes. Delivery was timely and customer service was very responsive with updates.

My daughter is definitely complaining less about foot pain and says the in-soles are so comfortable. I wish I had looked into this sooner tbh. I bought 2 sets - one for school and one for her shoes as she’s running around outside. She’s very pleased.

Since my son has used footstr he has not had foot, knew, or back pain.. I will be ordering more

We did actually receive the shoe inserts which is always good when trying to get something off a Facebook ad! One pair for son and pair for mom. Mom feels like they have nice support so far and she switches them from shoe to shoe so must feel good. She is on her feet at school quite a bit. They are not super firm but that is good for some. Son is nonverbal but seems to walk/track better with the orthos in his shoes and as bonus he is not pulling them out so must think they are okay!

The inserts really helped my son's foot pain! They did wear down much earlier than we expected (about 6 weeks), but when I reached out to FootsR, they replaced them, stating this isn't normal wear for their products! I am impressed with the product and customer service.
