I had an outstanding experience with Footstr, and I specifically want to recognize James from their team for truly exceptional customer service!

I reached out with several questions regarding my order and an exchange, and James was incredibly responsive every step of the way. Not only did he reply quickly, but he was consistently kind, patient, and thorough in addressing each of my concerns. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely takes the time to ensure a customer feels heard and taken care of, and James absolutely did that.

What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond to find solutions rather than just provide standard responses. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which speaks volumes about both his professionalism and Fuster’s commitment to their customers.

Because of this experience, I would confidently recommend Footstr to others. Excellent product support paired with top-tier customer service is hard to come by, and they delivered on both.

Twins approve. My son plays LaCrosse and Football and he said this was the first time his feet didn't hurt after practices. My daughter plays Softball and she said they felt great on her feet, spongy but supportive.
I bought myself a pair and for the price and comfort, will definitely looking to buy a couple more for the twins and myself.

My son has struggled with heal pain from Sever’s Disease - these inserts are the only things my wife and I found that helped him in his baseball turf shoes.

The product is immediately comfortable, supportive and you will feel and see the difference it makes on your day.

So I placed this order for my 9 year old son that has foot pain and issues with walking. Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect size. I sent a message thru the website and received a response from James. James helped me with my replacement and was super helpful and courteous. Very grateful for this and now waiting for my sons new insole pairs.

Scam. No worth time or money. They sent wrong size asked for a full refund, several emails trying to persuade me to keep the product, I said no, then they told me I have to pay the shipping back to their place, very dissatisfied.

These have worked amazing for my daughter so far! She has real bad heel pain when she's paying softball and since she's been using these, she said it feels so much better! Will definitely buy again.

I asked the kids how they felt. The first time using them, they said they were comfy and that it felt nice. This is when I knew that it was a good purchase for them.

My son’s feet hurt after using them so I don’t know if they work yet. I’m thinking there is an adjustment period where the feet have to get used to the new position…. Just like braces on the teeth. So we will see.

I’ve been waiting for my order for about a month and couldn’t even find the tracking number. When I reached out for support they told me to contact the delivery company myself! How can I with out a tracking number?! It shouldn’t be this hard.

I placed an order on March 10, on March 14 I received an email saying there was a shipping delay, on March 20 I followed up and received a response that day saying that the person would look into it personally and would expedite my order. Today is March 27 and I can’t get a hold of anybody and based on the shipping status the only thing that has been done is that the label has been created. I do not get any responses from anybody and I commented on one of their Instagram posts and they deleted that but never responded to me

Las plantillas son cómodas mi hija tenía dolor en los pies y la dra recomendó que empezará a usar plantillas. Primero compré un par para probarlas y luego compré 4 mas para que ella esté cómoda con los zapatos que usa a diario.

They have saved my sons feet. These are an amazing product.

My daughter’s shins and ankles felt so much better within 2 days of wearing the footstr insoles. She ran around the barn in her cowgirl boots the other night and said “this is the first time in a long time I can run around and play without any pain”! That was amazing to hear. We are going to buy more for her tennis shoes too!

The insoles are a bit pricey, but my 12 year old son, who is an overpronater, says they offer a lot of support and comfort.
