Beware! It is a Temu $2 useles soft plastic that you will pay $35 for. They invested in a website and some ads on Facebook. I can't believe I fell a pray for this scam. Immediately after ordering, I realized it was a scam and requested cancellation. I was told the product was shipped, even though it wasn't. The customer service told me that I will have to send the product back at my expense and provided the return address in Sweden, of all places! Meanwhile, the product was shipped, and I saw that the origin, as expected, is China. For now, I opened a dispute with my bank,I have no idea if I will get my money back. UPDATE: Of course, I didn't get my money back.
Complete Scam - Avoid
Ordered the wrong size because the website doesn't specify between kids and adult sizes and then tried to return the unopened packaging. The company gave me a false return address and only refunded 70% of the amount after initially offering me a discount if I kept them. The courier company had to destroy they returned products because of the bogus address they provided, so I ended paying 30% for no goods, courier fees to return the product AND destruction fees because they couldn't deliver or contact the seller.

I also got scammed. I tried to return these (cheaply made, not worth the money) and Footstr gave me a false address in Sweden. I made $20 to ship them. They were deemed "undeliverable" and returned to me. A month later I received an invoice from UPS for $70 for customs since they were sent back to me in the U.S. Bullshit.

Terrible Customer Service and unprofessional
Ordered insoles for my daughter, which were then not required, as the podiatrist said they were not suitable. It took over 26 emails to try and get a refund, even though they advertise 90 day money back guarantee. I returned the goods to the address they provided, which cost £10, only to have it returned to me, as the address was incorrect. They agreed to refund me the product cost and the shipping costs I incurred due to their provision of an incorrect address. When passed to their accounts team, they refused to pay the shipping cost.... They are incredibly unprofessional and do not look after their customers. Avoid at all costs, many more reputable companies that don't mislead customers, out there.

No refunds or redelivery when you don’t receive your package
I ordered these insoles and although they stated delivered they were left sitting on the front desk of my building with nobody there instead of placing the package in our secure package lockers which was 2ft away from where they were left which resulted in my package being stolen by a food delivery person based on cameras in my lobby. Footstr refused to do anything about me not receiving my package and said the delivery company said it was delivered despite the picture showing the package was left randomly on a desk in the open. When I placed my order they wouldn’t allow me to get package coverage and gave me a message saying it wasn’t available and would be removed at checkout I proceeded anyways which was clearly a huge mistake on my part. Footstr was no help, refused a refund and redelivery. I would not buy from them.

They sent me a mens size 14 foot insole ad i ordered a childrens size 1. I obviously left it in the original packaging because it is of zero use to us, and sent an email requesting a return so i could get the proper size. They emailed asking for a photo of the item, so i sent the photo of the brand new, in package item. They DECLINED my return request and offered me 10% of a refund and to keep the insoles. Naturally, i reiterated that these insoles were by far too big for the size i ordered and wanted a full refund and to return the item i have. They sent back an email saying they will offer a "final" offer of 20% refund and to keep the item. I am contacting the BBB and giving a review on every page I can find regarding this company so nobody wastes their money to get completely scammed.
Scam!! Save your time and money
Horrific company and a scam at its best. Ordered mine 17 November and it’s 1 December and they still haven’t shipped. I contacted customer service and they just keep responding that tracking will be updated when the item is shipped. My son is still in pain and I’ve decided to take him to his primary care provider. I’m convinced you can’t trust the adds anymore. Save your time and money and go to your primary care and get some insoles.

They do not work for my child. I requested a size 2 for kids are received adult sized pads. The shipping took forever and we paid 45 dollars including shipping. You can get them for 11 dollars through Walmart!

They claim you can get a 100% refund but I have had to email with customer service for 2 weeks because they sent the wrong size for my son. They wanted a picture to prove they hadn’t been used and offered me a 20% refund. Totally bogus business!!! Don’t purchase!!

Terrible company. Asked for refund right away. Did not respond for 4 business days and said the couldn't because it was shipped. They had 4 business days to cancel but made the shipping label same day they replied. Stay away. They are just generic insoles with their name stamped in them and a huge mark up. I canceled due to many people saying they never got their products and Google saying they are a scam site.
