Købt gavekort igennem Visma LogBuy og det virker ikke. Kan kun udfylde en formel på hjemmesiden.

Bought a gift card, after the purchase i need to verify that i bought it. They dont send the gift card and the customer support is not helpful and does not answer in a appropriate time. Feels like a scam to me.

*Edit 24.06.2025: Customer service took 21 hours to answer my request. They want me to send screenshots of my payment. Still no giftcard. Do the checks before you take the money.

Edit 27.06.2025: Customer support does not answer anymore after I sent them proof of payment.

do not order from here they take your money but you don't get a gift card in return so you are basically being scammed

For some reason I couldn’t redeem my gift card so I reached out to the Get Gifted support team who solved the problem almost instantly and got back to me by email, on a Saturday. I am very grateful for there quick and efficient help.

The service works well as long as it is not a high value gift card you purchase and for any purchases that is beyond what they can serve (50 €). They will ask for all silly/trivial details which they should be having in the first place when blocking the transaction for further verification. Thelr customer service has no contact number to reach out and the system autocloses the ticket if you reach out to them outside of 9-6 days work hours and takes days to verify and release the gift card you paid for! I thought it was a technical issue and I tried again to carry out the same (high) value gift card purchase and it gave the same error message - Hang on tight we need some more details to verify it is you (what a joke) and our friendly customer service will help you (really not in 24 hours)

Terrible experience wtf is that. They take the money and not send the gift card requiring some verification. They can only verify from 9am to 6pm. No problem taking my money at 11pm.

Easy giftcard.
Easy to buy, got an e-mail right after the buy. The link didn't work touch, so contacted customer support and they replied quickly with another link that did work.
No complaints from me. Would shurely use them again

My experience with gifted was great. The price for the giftcard was insanely good, for paying 90€ I got a giftcard worth 100€. Unfortunately I had a typo in the email field and didn’t receive the giftcard. The customer support (thanks Beckie:)) responded to me in no time and helped me to get my giftcard in a few minutes. I believe I have never experienced such an amazing support experience. I can really recommend you to give Gifted a chance, I’m sure you will be at least as satisfied as I was

Not scam, they make sure it’s not someone who has just gotten their hands on a card and tried getting some gift cards.
Good safety precautions were made.
They are very fast at replying as well

I got a Christmas gift from Getgifted from my company - a gift card that could be exchanged to gift cards in different shops (online as well as physical). I exchanged it to a gift card in an online chain of sellers, and that was really easy to do. But - alas! - I failed in getting the new gift card to work when trying to check out!

A desperate e-mail from me to Customer Support got fast and accurate response. With that help, I could use my money as intended.

So five stars to the company from me for a really useful service - and five stars PLUS for the helpful Customer Support!

Ich habe für Zalando mehrere Gutscheine bestellt. Eventuell sind sie bei mir im Spam Ordner automatisch gelöscht worden. Der Support hat sofort geantwortet und am nächsten Arbeitstag (Mailadresse ist jetzt im Adressbuch) kam die Mail mit den GiftCards. Auch das Einlösen hat problemlos geklappt.

Da jeg bestilte et gavekort, virkede linket til gavekortet ikke, og jeg skulle bruge gavekortet med det samme. Derfor måtte jeg bede om en refundering af pengene. Det blev jeg lovet. Men mere end en måned senere kom jeg ved en tilfældighed til at se, jeg aldrig havde fået mine penge retur. Nu undskyldte virksomheden sig med tekniske problemer. Jeg har langt om længe fået mine penge, men kun fordi jeg ved en tilfældighed faldt over den manglende udbetaling - man regner jo med, man kan stole på, at den slags udbetalinger kommer. Men åbenbart ikke i dette tilfælde.

Går inte att ångra ett köp.

Svindel. Købte et gavekort til bog og ide. Annullerede købet med det samme. Har prøvet at få penge tilbage i flere måneder.
Har udfyldt alt. Deres svar er bare. Vi går alt for at hjælpe dig hurtigst muligt.
Nu er gavekortet annulleret, og jeg har stadig ikke fået mine penge.

Fruktansvärt krångligt att aktivera. Först skanna qr-kod och aktivera, sen trycka för att välja ”varumärke” klicka sig igenom kategorier för att hitta rätt affär massor med klicka för att få mailade länkar, ja länkar i plural, för hela summan gick inte att välja på en gång, så in på mailen, klicka på dem, aktivera igen, klicka för att visa kortuppgifter, SEN kunde de dock smidigt skanna i kassan. SÅ krångligt. Kan inte motivera att ladda hem en app för ett presentkort. Framförallt otydligt att de inte går att använda efter att de är endast är ”aktiverade” en gång.
