Deceiving.

I ordered their costly neck cradle as I felt if worse came to worst, I could get my money back if it didn't work. I took a screenshot of where they say that within 60 days you can get a full refund if unhappy and don't even need to return the device. I tried it for over 50 days and my neck issues are still there and not much better if at all. The customer service was/is good as far as response time and they seem like they want to be helpful, but they reneged on the conditions of sale, and I wouldn't have spent that much if I thought I had to totally return it as I work such long hours full time, that I can never get to a post office. Very deceiving and makes me mad. Not only was the product not all it's cracked up to be, but they blatantly lie. Not very inpressed.

If the page you bought from said you could get a full refund within 60 days without sending the device back, you shouldn’t be finding out otherwise after 50 days of trying it. I contacted GetMendable on 8 October…

I contacted GetMendable on 8 October 2026 to return an unopened item and provided the requested photos and video. Since then, communication has been slow, and I have repeatedly been asked to provide the same information. As of 19 October 2026, there has been no progress towards arranging a return or refund. This has been a very disappointing customer service experience, marked by unnecessary delays.

Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend purchasing from GetMendable.
