I loved the collector edition of Celeste , also the flavors are always delicious!

Company wont return €114 refund for a misplaced order, their live chat manager micheal says "its the consequences for my actions of putting in a refund on my card without asking them first". I have tried multiple times to solve the issue by refund or sending the product but they keep my money and wont do either option.

The BOGO is a great offer. A good selection to choose from. Really easy to order. Shipping is fast. We'll packaged.

I've always enjoyed the products. My roommate always got heartburn though, so we're hoping the reformulated stuff doesn't and are giving that a try. I avoid using the app though bc it's slow and buggy. I have to re-sign in frequently and whenever I want to check my rewards so I usually stick to ordering off the website.

This is the only caffeine I intake! Minimal chalkiness, W creators, and I love the taste. Currently on bimonthly!

Sadly after a few successful orders at bogo offers the company on my latest order decided to "forget" their bogo offer and now retain that it ended before my order.

Now the site still had bogo banners and i do have screenshots of my items being labeled "bundle special" but i am now having to contact my bank back and forth providing pictures i have of the order to start a fraud case to get my money back since i have no interest in paying that amount for half the products i actually ordered nor pay 180$ for shipping here and back for their "mistake".

Would not recommend anyone buy from them and if you do be ready to lose time and money.

I can ofcourse provide pictures of everything.

When I've ordered from there website I've always received my product within the time provided

Good flavors but in the long run not worth the wait. Their customer service sucks. They take about a week to respond and this last order I purchased two tubs and it's now been 9 business days since I had 11 if you count the weekend. And it still hasn't shipped. I bet if I was a you tuber I'd have that day one shipped or within two. Come on you can't be as busy as Amazon or another big online retailer. I guess I need to do a review on your products and then I bet I'll get better service. I'd avoid them use Amazon or just go with other competitors like Ghost. I'm tired of waiting it beyond ridiculous to have not shipped yet in 9 days.

I always love the flavors and how fast shipping and recieving is. Its also nice the minimal packaging used. I wished there were natural dyes, but ill still drink em!!!!!!

Unprofessional. service! I placed an order on July 3rd of this year. It took them more than ten days to ship it out. You state on your website that you ship out within 1-10 business days. No one has contacted me about this whatsoever. If someone had contacted me and said it was delayed, I would have been okay with that. When I wrote to support, they simply said, "It's on its way." I have spoken with a lawyer, and they've told you that you're in breach of contract. When I reached out to support to make a complaint, I was ignored. I went to X to voice another complaint, but again I was ignored. If I were a top streamer, you would bend over backwards for me. I won't be buying again!

Placed an order on 7th July for 4 tubs of g fuel. Only 3 arrived. Reached out to customer service who advised they would review warehouse footage and come back to me. Now on 29th July still no response from g fuel and no refund. Never thought a company as big as this would have such awful customer service. Please don’t use this product as you won’t get what you have paid for. When you do reach out you get no response. Terrible experience and won’t be using them again. Try Sneak they do the same kind of products and never had an issues with them or the service the provide

The BOGO deals are always a great opportunity to get a lot and have so many flavors to pay from. I try to get some every time the deal comes around. The items always come into tradition and never have to worry.

What I like most is the amount of flavors I can purchase any chance I get a paycheck hahah, the company does great work providing a bogo sale and adding a free shaker on the side it’s enjoyable to get more from Gfuel.

Flavors are pretty good. I like the Kamehameha and Hype Sauce. The rebrand looks just awful though. Only price point that’s worth this is the Bogo price. I recommend that Gfuel lower the base price and ditch the rebrand. What an eye soar.

Took a month to ship. Delivery driver didnt even bother to knock or ring the doorbell. Package was stolen yet there was 3 of us at home who would have gone to the door had the driver DONE HIS JOB. Uniuni is the worst service out there. So i contacted both Gfuel and UNI. Uni emailed a copy pasted response 4 days after my email. Didnt answer anything or help in anyway. Gfuel never bothered to email back. So after almost 2 weeks i went to the site again and had to wait for live chat. I explained the issue which the person didnt even bother to read. They answered that sometimes the package is marked as delivered but its not and just waiting 2 days usually gets it done....... ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW ! I explained AGAIN what the issue was to the employee... They linked me to another site which displays ANOTHER 5 to 7 days wait time. So i got enough of it and told the person i was going to file a direct compaint to my credit card provider instead. Just to make sure i get my money back WITHOUT having to wait another week or 2 (remember... its been 2 months since i ordered now). When i asked their employee name or number to have a clear person for my credit card provider to check into, the person cut the chat completely and i was left back at square one. NEVER AGAIN will i deal with this level of slow work and incompetance as Gfuel and UNIUNI.

Update: what gfuel wrote under is false. I bought 2 tubs on a bogo sale which i doubt that they sell pre-order items on bogo sales when it hasnt even come out yet. And unless they sell items on sale that they dont even have on hand themselves... then id say it sounds like an excuse. Besides, it was the same for my previous buy. Order took 3 weeks and i think 2 days to get to me but it was again a bogo sale so i was fine with it. I dont mind at all usually. I got annoyed THIS time because of the stolen package and the fact that they didnt even email back over a week after i emailed to explain the situation. Then i got the convo "nuked" on live chat when i said i wasnt going to wait another 5 to 7 days for a refund from their insurance partner. Thankfully, it took about 3 hours after i filled a claim with their insurance until i got an email back saying they had refunded my purchase. Which was greatly appreciated. Not surprised that they'd try to play it off instead of admitting that service was sub-par. I assume the person from Gfuel who responded didnt read throught all of what i wrote since i clearly wrote that i would not buy again yet they mentionned contacting them if i have issues going forward...

Packets, cans , tubs.
And the packs with a cup matched with the flavor. All in all I’ll be returning when I use my tubs up!
