Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service.
I received several stale and old items: sunflower seeds were moldy and bitter and clearly old, coated peanuts were stale, and walnuts had a musty, off taste. These were not minor variations, they were noticeably bad and potentially unsafe due to possible mold toxins.
When I complained, Ginco only offered a refund if I package and post everything back myself at my own cost. I clearly told them I am happy to return the faulty items (sunflower seeds, coated peanuts, walnuts) if they arrange collection, because I do not have time to deal with packaging and postage. They refused and are now misrepresenting the situation on Trustpilot.
This is unacceptable customer service for a food company. I will not be ordering from Ginco again and do not recommend them.

I've ordered from Ginco for the first time. I got 1kg of Raw cashew nuts for £7.99, and that's a bargain. Good quality.I also got quite a few lovely herbs to help my digestion. Very happy with my products. I placed my order on Sunday and it was delivered Wednesday. Wonderful!

I have ordered 5kg of broken walnuts. The walnuts came rancid and unhealthy for human consumption.
I have asked to return the walnuts and they want to charge me for return when the should make the arrangements for return at their costs and pay the full refund as the walnuts are unhealthy for human consumption.
It is the first and last time I am using this company.

First time i have bought from this company and never again!
Ordered 3 kilos of walnuts in shell, very poor quality, 3 out of 5 are bad inside. Ordered almonds in shell and they sent these puny almonds that obviously have no sizeable edible nuts inside, refused to refund the whole amount for these offering a miserly 30%.
These sort of sellers should be investigated by British Trading Standards.
Do not buy anything"fresh" from them!

Using Ginco for a long time, whenever I need to order dry fruits and mainly Nuts. Very reasonable prices.

Highly recommended! These online-purchased almonds are of excellent quality and incredibly crunchy. The delivery was remarkably quick, making the whole shopping experience seamless and satisfying.

Ordered broken cashews but received what appears to be extra-small, nibbled pieces instead. The product we received does not match the photos shown on the website. When I contacted customer service, they insisted that the item sent was “small broken cashews” and not the extra-small grade.

If that is the case, why do the website images look completely different from what was delivered? The product description and photos are misleading, and the response from customer service was disappointing.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller. The product received was not as advertised, and the company was unwilling to acknowledge the discrepancy.

I purchased 1 kg of walnuts that arrived rancid. Since I was only offered a 30% refund, I rejected the offer as it is completely unacceptable.

Best Pork Crunch in the business. Both my dog and I love them. I've given up every other snack in the world to continue enjoying the original little beauties - and I'm losing weight!

Reordering again because we've always had quality products and a good price from Ginco so no need to go elsewhere.

Very low quality of dry fruits. First time was good quality, this time they’d send rubbish quality. Would not recommend at all, quality of food should checked by food inspectors.

Awful packaging damaged the contents (lots of broken and powdered rice crackers, corn and cashews). I complained via email on 21/3/26 sending detailed photos and explanation. They responded soon after and tried to blame the courier however the issue was due to a large order squeezed into an unsuitable sized box without any gaps or cushioning. Rice crackers, roasted corn, cashews etc. which should never be packed this way. I was also stunned to find that 1 kg of Turkish delight were tightly squeezed into a small take away container that was clearly nowhere near big enough. I was offered 5% discount as good will gesture after complaining. I replied rejecting the offer on 23/3/26 and proposed something more fair. I haven't heard back on this despite a followup email on 4/4/26. Awful customer service and potential breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Ginco charged me £5 'Express Delivery' Friday last week, for 'next day delivery.' it is 21:31 hours on Monday 29th April.

They keep lying to me that my nuts will arrive within 2 hours, but it's a lie. I still haven't got it.

Also my previous order was of poor quality. Alot if the nuts were mushed up.

I think I'll stop being a customer if Ginco, after this poor service.
