usually order with this company . so far till date quality is good.. price is competetive ..delivery is quick.. 👍👍

I ordered £67 worth of different types of nuts from this company. The delivery was prompt; the cashews and Almonds were good quality; we opened the walnut pack today and they were very bad quality with bad smell and taste. Wrote to the company and was told that our return policy is 14 days. Tried to get some sense into the chap saying that we ordered quite a lot of nuts and we can only tell you the quality once we have opened the pack. We cannot open the packs as they are sealed just to check the quality as the assumption was that they will all be good. I would have accepted at least 50% discount for the walnut on my next round of purchase but the company refused to engage after this saying they are unwilling to offer any credit note. I will NOT be buying from this company again or if I do I will be checking the quality of the goods straightaway. I have noticed down below their comment to another reviewer saying that they do no accept opened package - but didn't explain how is one supposed to check for the quality. I encourage to ring your credit card company in such instances and open a dispute which could result in the credit card company issuing refund.

When I ordered, I was offered 1 kg of FREE cashew nuts. I did not receive the free 1 kg of cashew nuts with my order. When I first ordered, I was offered 1kg of FREE dates and I got them, but this time the promise was broken and I feel deceived.

Great value for money snd excellent quality product.

I was increasingly frustrated ordering walnuts from different supplier claiming that they are fresh harvest, but when you get them they are always stale … so thought of trying ginco, for the first time I have received shelled walnuts from ginco and surprisingly they are super fresh. I have ordered another 10kg of nuts from them

Wide choice and prompt delivery. Excellent products which we buy regularly.

Most of my order was okay.

However the butterbeans I ordered were off and some were green. This is forgivable as they were in date, just a bad batch, however
I emailed them but had no response.

I became a customer because of the good prices, I am a returning customer because of the quality.

Complaint ot Customer service : A bit disappointed. Their reply: Normally, we do not accept returns of opened bags.
How anyone know without opening the pack , if product is fauty or not . They agreed but return fee of £4.99 will be deducted.
Issues are :
Roasted Chick Peak have rock hard chick peas mix in normal one --causing tooth damage .
chopped diced Figs have a bit starnge smells ---like not properly dried.
Coconut chips are rock hard ----should not that hard consistency.
We live in East London and regularly buying these products in our area and we can easily differentiate between acceptable & poor quality porducts.

DHL is what went wrong. The delivery window is from 10.21 - 20.00, so the day is pretty much wriiten off. DHL need a signature, which makes sense for an order of of almost 90 quid, but to make me stay at home all day is not worth it. DHl tracking system does not narrow down the time frame. I think you need another carrier.

Placed my first order, over £100. Delivery arrived promptly, but the Jumbo almonds was missing. I informed by e-mail within a few days. They asked me to scan and return the packing slip which had ALL the lines ticked BUT the almonds were still not in the delivery. So I've sent a final request for my almonds. If I don't hear back I will reduce this review to a 1 star, and challenge the credit card company. shame as they have a good range. My Order number is GNC 20036. sent to the whattsapp number. Thank you customer service responded to my short delivery and shipped me the missing almonds.

I have bought from Ginco for several years now and I am more than happy with the prices / service and delivery times excellent

Have ordered close to 10 orders..no issues at all. Produce in good quality..pick up usually within 1 day.
