I have loved the products that Gingko offer for several years and have bought many of them as gifts . They have all been admired .
I’d absolutely recommend the products and customer service . I’d made an error on a delivery postcode and I was contacted quickly and my error rectified without fuss or hassle ( or AI ) . An enjoyable experience. Thanks Jon !

Brilliant products
I ordered a small Sculptural Lighting light and it arrived within days of ordering. It was well packaged so it wouldn’t get damaged in transit. It is elegant, stylish and functional. I would definitely buy from Gingko again.

Terrible customer service
Ordered the product and their confirmation did not show the road and delivery could be a problem , they were emailed about this. No response from them. They were called but the number listed does not work. Then used their website portal twice. again no response at all. Update on the order says it was dispatched on the 1st. its the 5th now but no delivery or contact at all from Gingko Design.

There are some slight delays this week, both with the couriers and with our email response times. We have been extremely busy following our Black Friday Sale, but please rest assured, we are working as fast as possible to get all of the orders shipped and all of the enquiries dealt with. Thank you for your patience.
Excellent Service
The company did extremely well. The time frame in which I received my purchase was excellent with excellent care taken in the packaging and posting of my product.

I discovered this brand in Port Sunlight Art gallery Shop and loved the look of it . I signed up for the newsletter the same day and ordered a couple of things which arrived quickly and are beautiful. I have since ordered four more items for presents, very impressed with this company.

I ordered 20th sept 2025 paid delivery went to wrong address why I don't know as post code tells you area and my phone number to ring
Still waiting so ordered 2 Nd one
Still no come back can't get through by phone plus many emails

As we have discussed, unfortunately the courier can only work with the address information that is provided, which is this case was unfortunately incorrect. I can see that your second order has now been delivered, which is great. Your first order is currently being returned by the courier and will be refunded as soon as it is received back at the warehouse. Rest assured, we will process this as promptly as possible for you. We hope that this will resolve the matter for you and thank you once again for taking the time to provide feedback.
Still waiting
Ordered a replacement bulb in July 2025. Several days later I was told it was out of stock but would be available in September so I agreed to wait.
After not hearing anything more I contated Gingko in October I contacted them to be told it would be sent straight away. Three days later I received the wrong item.
In fairness the customer service team are responsive and pleasant but as of 13 Oct I am still waiting for my product.

cube clock
Love the cube clock. Had an issue with it stopping working after 6 months but once customer service became aware they shipped out a replacement a few days later. Back up and running.

Really sorry to hear that there is a delay with your order.
As the item was out of stock at our warehouse in Belgium, the order is waiting for our latest stock transfer to arrive, which should take place today. Your order will leave early next week and should be with you before the end of the week. We can only apologise if this has not been clearly communicated to you.
