I was thoroughly impressed by the care I received with Giuseppe. Before I even had a consultation or made any financial commitment, he helped me navigate the complicated and confusing Gender Dysphoria diagnosis process, answering endless emails with seemingly no frustration at the constant influx of questions. I shopped around for various surgeons pre-consultation, and no other surgeon seemed as imbued in knowledge about trans issues, willingness to answer questions, and a genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable in their own skin as Giuseppe.

At the consultation, he was very professional. It required an examanation of the breasts, which he did with a chaperone there, and it felt as safe and comfortable as a such a dysphoric experience ever can. Providing patient dignity felt like it was at the top of his priority list. The chaperones and nurses were also all very professional. He also clearly listened to what I wanted, rather than assuming, making sure the care was tailored to my desired outcomes. He was very transparent about costs and timelines, which helped with my planning, too.

The surgery was booked for only 3 months after the appointment. This was the ideal amount of time for me, as it gave me enough time to process and prepare. He provided me with really helpful pre and post-op guidelines. Giuseppe and his assistant answered all my queries, often in less than 24 hours, and always reassured me when I felt bad for pestering them that they recognised it was a very scary thing, and that it is good and normal to ask questions if I need/want to.

The operation itself was so smooth. I was very nervous about the anaesthesia, but the team that managed me were genuinely so unbelievably kind. The anaesthesiologist seemed so excited to be there, even at 7am (haha!), and reassured all my concerns, especially by telling me about how he is there to manage and oversee the anaesthesia the entire time.

Truly, I cannot put into words how incredible the whole surgery team was. I woke up, high as a kite, to two nurses who were very caring and kind. I had the tastiest croissant of my life (not sure whether this was because it was the first thing I'd eaten all day, or a measurement of the croissant's quality...), and had constant check-ins from nurses, who I felt were so respectful and responsive. Giuseppe came to check in, too, and I was discharged only 4-5 hours after the surgery. He called me the day after the surgery to check in, and made it clear that his email inbox was always open to queries and concerns.

My results are honestly so incredible, and it felt that the team was as excited for me as I was for myself! They all clearly cared. The scar lines are thin, symmetrical, and healing very well. The medication I received meant I was in very little pain, besides bloating, and the process of healing was fairly quick. Besides one day when I had minor sickness from the anti-biotics, I just chilled out for 2 weeks, sleeping, watching TV and catching up on reading! 7 weeks post-op, I have never been happier.

Overall, the quality of care under Giuseppe and the team with whom he operates was unmatched. It is with sincere and earnest trans joy that I recommend Giuseppe and his team.

I couldn't be happier with my experience as a patient of Giuseppe's. I'm trans masc, and I had a double incision mastectomy in summer 2025. The consultation process was simple and I really felt listened to. I was looked after very well during the surgery, and had several appointments in the weeks afterwards to do wound care and monitor my healing. They even gave me an emergency appointment after I discovered that a small part of my wound wasn't healing properly, and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Now it's been a year since the surgery, and the scar has been fading nicely. Thank you so much to Giuseppe, and thank you to the rest of the staff at Cadogan Clinic who have been so helpful and supportive!

I had DI top surgery with free nipple grafts with Mr Giuseppe Di Taranto in July 2025 at the Cadogan Clinic, and recently had my final check-up in June 2026. I am very happy with my results and would recommend him! I was nervous at first as I have had bad experiences with medical staff in the past as an FTM and mentally ill person, but I was immediately comfortable with Mr Di Taranto, as he was very respectful of my identity, and provided me with all the information I needed without being patronizing. He was understanding of my individual needs, such as wanting my surgery before moving to a new area, and needing time to choose between the free nipple graft and buttonhole techniques. He has been helpful and supportive throughout the process, and responded quickly and in detail to queries or concerns, pre-op and post-op. He gave good advice about how to save money without impacting my results (e.g. how long I needed to stay in London post-surgery and where to get good quality but not overpriced scar gel). Mr Di Taranto's surgical team, and other staff at the Cadogan Clinic, were also very kind and understanding of my anxiety. This surgery has massively improved my quality of life and I am so grateful to Mr Di Taranto and his team!

I felt comfortable to disclose any enquiries or worries. Everyone is attentive and the aftercare is spectacular.

At the beginning of this year I decided that wanted breast enhancement surgery to help alleviate my dysphoria, I contacted my counsellor who suggested that as part of my research, I should consider Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto when making my final choice of surgeon.

My search began with a number of clinics both inside the UK and in Europe, but I was so impressed with Dr Giuseppe's manner and attitude in the interviews on you tube and Spotify that I knew I had to reach out to him.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I received my first email, but I need not have worried. Dr Giuseppe sent me a helpful email explaining the steps involved and invited me for a consultation with himself.

I nervously booked the consultation and excitedly waited for the time to come when I could discuss my options.

I walked into my consultation full nervousness and excitement. I could hardly believe I had made It to this point was terrified that he might say no. I did not need to worry though as when I walked into the consultation room Giuseppe’s smile and friendly welcome made me feel at ease immediately.

He listened to my expected outcomes and desires, he made me aware of what he thought was possible and explained the possible complications. When I left I felt heard and respected and lighter in my dysphoria allready.

I received a letter a few days later that detailed our discussions during the consult along with a quote for the surgery. I found the quote to be very reasonable and at this point I had decided I wanted Giuseppe to be my surgeon. I paid the balance and booked the earliest possible date.

I received my confirmation letter, pre and post op instructions and a prescription for shower and hair shampoo that had to use leading up to my surgery. I then had to wait 2 months before my surgery would take place.

The date for surgery really did seem like a long time but before I knew it I was walking very nervously into the hospital feeling like my life was about to change but also still terrified that someone was going to say no and put a stop to everything.

The staff at the Cadogan were amazing. They never miss gendered me once and made me feel very safe and during the preparation for surgery.
The anaesthetist came to see me and explained everything that he was going to do and what I could expect whilst dispelling some of my own concerns that I had mentioned to him. He was a very nice Dr and he put me at ease.

Next Dr. Giuseppe came to see me and began measuring me for the location of my implants. He was calm soothing and spoke to me throughout ensuring my questions were answered and also made me feel at ease.

A few minutes later I was walking into theatre with the nurse and was greeted by the team that were going to be caring for me during the procedure. Everyone was nice, polite and absolutely no one misgendered me or made me feel uneasy or judged in any way.
I climbed onto the operating table and honestly, I was asleep very quickly. I remember waking up still unaware that the procedure had been carried out and was wondering when we going to get started until I looked down and realised the whole procedure had been completed.
This was the point I started to tear up slightly, I had genuinely believed someone would step in and stop me from having this operation. The realisation that no would try take this away from me was overwhelming.

Giuseppe came to see me shortly after surgery and explained that everything had gone well and that he was happy with how surgery turned out.
I genuinely can’t say I felt anything beyond a small amount of discomfort and my after care from the nurse was impeccable. The nurse was truly amazing and discussed everything with me including everything I should expect from the healing process and the medication I should take following my procedure.

The next couple of months seemed to go by quickly with only a little discomfort. I was given enough pain relief to manage this and when the medications ran out my discomfort was at a point where it was easily manageable with over-the-counter medications i.e. Paracetamol.

I attended my 2 month appointment with Giuseppe, He was very happy with the results. He asked me how I felt following the procedure and I nearly teared up a second time with happiness.

In my opinion the surgery and process leading up to it was handled perfectly. I felt seen and listened to by Giuseppe and his team. I wasn’t mislead about my treatment or what I could expect and my results were fantastic.
In my case Dr. Giuseppe Di Taranto was the right surgeon for me and I can honestly say I could not imagine having chosen anyone else.
If you are considering this surgery please consider this amazing surgeon.

From the get go Giuseppe has been amazing!
I was initially hesitatent after prior bad experiences reaching out to two other surgeons. However I had nothing to worry about! He worked extremely hard to accommodate my needs, whether these related to the surgery itself or other factors like travel or sensory issues . The clinic he worked out of (the cadagon clinic) was amazing and all of the the staff put me at ease both pre and post op! I underwent a bilateral breast reduction. Dr Di Taranto was a fantastic surgeon. Great bedside manner and quick to respond to emails with questions prior and post op. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

I had a standard breast augmentation with Dr DiTaranto in December 2025 through the medical provider Enhance.
I chose Dr DiTaranto because I loved the results on his instagram page and he had the most amazing reviews, including when I reached out to patients who had him. They had all had such a positive experience and I loved their results. He was the only surgeon I could find without a single bad review after extensive research.
I am very happy with my consultation and my experience on surgery day. I am only two weeks post op, but from what I can see so far, I am loving my results. They do have some dropping and fluffing to do which I am excited about.

Giuseppe did my double incision mastectomy with free nipple grafts in August 2025 and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is a highly skilled surgeon and a wonderful human being, and I am a significantly happier man because of him. From my initial contact he has always encouraged questions and no matter how trivial/obvious they seem, he replies quickly with comprehensive, detailed and reassuring answers. I have not felt at any point like he is too busy for me despite the fact that he’s clearly a very busy person. He always comes across as highly professional yet warm, patient and genuinely caring. When I explained that I was worried about someone else booking the first surgery slot that he mentioned was available when I initially emailed him, he offered me a video consultation at very short notice so I could reserve it without having to wait until after my in-person consultation. He took the time to understand what was important to me and gave a very clear explanation of which surgery he thought was the best fit, and what I could expect from the procedure and results. His manner made me feel not only respected and in safe hands, but hopeful and excited for my future, and this level of kindness and encouragement has been present at every stage of the process and has made invaluable improvements to my self-esteem and confidence.

Preparation for and recovery from the surgery has been easy because I’ve been told exactly what to expect and do at every stage, and I have known the whole time that Giuseppe is there for me at the end of an email if I am unsure or worried about anything. Everyone on Giuseppe’s team and at the Cadogan Clinic was lovely and highly competent, there was a relaxed and happy atmosphere when I went in for my operation, and the clinic feels more like a luxury spa than a hospital (I imagine, I’ve never actually been to a spa!). I was impressed how quick the surgery was and that I didn’t even feel sick or groggy from the anaesthetic. I was expecting to be in a lot of pain during recovery but I took the painkillers as prescribed and experienced barely any pain. Despite not having drains, there was no visible bruising, swelling or seroma at all - I’m astonished at how gently the whole thing must have been done. It is impossible not to feel somewhat fragile after a surgery like that, especially when the dressings are removed for the first time, but Giuseppe offset that by checking in on me and consistently seeming to be just as excited and happy about the results as I am. The extent to which he cares about improving people’s lives shines through in every aspect of his work.

I’m extremely pleased with my results, especially how natural the nipples look. The stitching on them was beautifully neat and now that it has dissolved you can’t tell that they’ve been grafted back on. Healing has been quicker and easier than anticipated and Giuseppe gave me physio exercises to do to get my strength and range of motion back; and has supported, advised and encouraged me with my gradual return to working out post-surgery. I am especially grateful for the emotional support he has given me, allowing me to share why I was alone during the recovery and why the surgery is so important to me, taking the time to send kind, compassionate and uplifting replies, and making me feel seen and cared for as a whole person rather than just a surgical patient. He has not only done an amazing job with my surgery that makes me feel at home in my body for the first time since puberty, he has also made me feel like I actually deserve to feel at home in my body. Giuseppe has exceeded all my expectations and I consider myself immensely fortunate to have been able to have my top surgery with him, it is undoubtedly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
