Had Top Surgery on the 22nd April with Giuseppe. The surgery went really well, I'm so pleased with the outcome. The whole process was comfortable, from the first appointment to my 3 Month follow up recently. I felt listened to and that we were in a safe space. I cannot recommend Dr Giuseppe enough.

My life has honestly been changed.

I first contacted Giuseppe in March 2024 via Instagram. I am an MTF trans woman and I was looking for a trans-specialising surgeon in the UK. I saw that Giuseppe does breast augmentation for all women, including cis and trans, and also does FTM top surgery too. I booked an in-person consultation with Giuseppe at The Cadogan Clinic in Knightsbridge, London. That was on Friday 26th April. On 20th May, I had my surgery at the same place.

At the time of writing, I am almost 3 weeks post-op and I could not be happier with the results. They are everything I could have hoped for. I went with the size and profile recommended by Giuseppe (300cc left, 325cc right, round, silicone, smooth, moderate plus) and I am so glad I trusted his expertise because they are perfect for my frame.

What I really want to emphasise though is that my whole experience from start to finish has been absolutely fantastic and that's a testament to Giuseppe not only as a surgeon but as a person too. He has an excellent bedside manner, he was happy to answer any question I had, and at no point through any of the process did it feel like I was being rushed.

As someone who spent months researching surgeons and scouring reviews, I truly can't recommend Giuseppe enough, he has been amazing.

My experience with Mr Di Taranto has been outstanding, to say the least!

I originally had top surgery in 2018 and did not have good results. When I saw Mr Di Taranto for a consultation in 2023 he was very sympathetic and knowledgeable. I went ahead and booked surgery, however this was through LTC which then went insolvent. When I was able to recover my money I reached out to Mr Di Taranto, who was now at Cadogan Clinic, and he very kindly offered me a free consultation to get us started again. He was able to see me very quickly and kept the price the same as I'd been quoted at LTC. I have had excellent results from the surgery (though still healing right now).

I have to add though, I really felt like I was in good hands. Mr Di Taranto has gone above and beyond every step of the way. He has been very supportive of me and other LTC patients who were left in a pickle. All through my recovery he has kept in regular touch and ensured I have everything I need. The staff he works with at Cadogan have also all been fantastic, a completely opposite experience to my previous surgery.

Mr Di Taranto is clearly a doctor whose focus is very much on the benefits he can give to his patients and the improvements he can offer to their lives. On top of this, he delivers fantastic surgical results. I happily, and enthusiastically recommend him!

I am extremly happy with the outcome of my top surgery. Guiseppe is a skilled, professional and caring surgeon who took time to answer questions and worries I had before and after the procedure. I felt respected as a patient and am very glad to have had him as my surgeon.

I have had a fantastic surgery experience with Dr. Di Taranto. Giuseppe has been consistently friendly, caring, attentive and encouraging through my entire process. After I had issues with my last clinic, he kept in touch and was very supportive all throughout, replying to any email queries very quickly! Everything was clearly communicated with me from consultation to surgery to make sure I was happy with the process, and the actual surgery was very smooth and healed wonderfully! My subsequent checkups have been efficient and positive too. I couldn’t recommend a better surgeon, especially for top surgery. You really feel cared for!

I first got in contact with Mr Di Taranto when the news broke that the LTC was going into liquidation and he kindly offered me a free consultation and choosing Giuseppe to be my surgeon was the best decision I made. Giuseppe is so kind and professional and you can tell he takes pride in what he does and that he really cares about his patients. I had top surgery double incisions with free nipple grafts and the surgery itself went smoothly and the aftercare was brilliant. Giuseppe contacted me the day after the surgery to check that I was doing ok and was always keeping in touch and was quick to reply which is brilliant especially if you have any worries/concerns. I am so happy with my results and I really couldn’t recommend Giuseppe and his team enough. A massive thank you to Giuseppe.

Had an excellent experience with Giuseppe. I had double incision top surgery and my results are amazing, couldn't be happier. I received great care throughout the whole process, and in many of the more uncomfortable appointments (due to the nature of the surgery eg in pre-op appointments where your breasts are measured etc) I was always made to feel comfortable and safe, which made the whole experience very easy and non-distressing. Giuseppe was also very communicative, replying to my concerns quickly and with precise information, which is, to be honest, rare to find when dealing with trans related health care, and again makes the whole process very smooth. Incredible responsive and helpful, with really quick emails back and forth when arranging my surgery. Did a great job of double incision without free nipple graft, with constant support when needed. Very friendly and approachable with questions. So so happy with my results, life changing results. My dysphoria's greatly reduced with this surgery and I couldn't be more grateful.

Giuseppe was the glimmer of hope that was needed after London Transgender Clinic defrauded and harmed my loved one last year. Dr Taranto was endlessly apologetic for the distress and confusion the patients were under and went above and beyond to reassure and communicate as best he could. During the surgery preparations and consultations, he was absolutely phenomenal, making sure to hear and understand the views of my trans loved one, and to follow through on all the promises and affirmations that he would receive the best possible care. The surgery went remarkably, and Giuseppe was communicative and dedicated throughout the process. The passion and professionalism he has for his patients was our saving grace in a very dark time. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. If you or anyone you love and care about is considering gender reassignment surgery or any other treatments under that umbrella, do not hesitate to trust Dr T, you will be in safe hands. Please do your research carefully and google the names of the surgeons you are considering. You will see who the bad apples and good apples are! Thank you Giuseppe :)

Both Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto and the nurses were extremely helpful in answering any queries or worries I had throughout the process. I did experience slight complications during the first week, however, my concerns were always taken seriously and passed on to Giuseppe straight away, who was brilliant at answering quickly or calling to talk about the situation in further depth. The team were extremely accommodating and I felt completely safe throughout the recovery period. The actual surgery went extremely well and I am absolutely delighted with my results. The surgery itself went fantastically and I was frequently checked in on during the recovery period. My results are life changing, especially because I had very large breasts prior to the surgery.
