This is a SCAM! Avoid the website and don't purchase anything from them.

Awful awful awful. Fraud website, claims to have 4.5 stars on Trustpilot but has 1 star and that’s too many. Despite the product not being despatched and me trying to cancel 5 times in email they sent the product anyway from China. Took ages to arrive and customer service was non existent. My credit card company are dealing with my complaint because this company have no morals and even less customer service. AVOID!!!!

TLDR: I ordered two air conditioning units.

a) they took weeks to arrive
b) were different from the items on the website
c) both items were damaged/defective
d) controls were all in mandarin
e) plug was not UK

Long version:

(a) took weeks to arrive

(b) items being different from the website. The item on the website presented had a much wider, sturdier base. The item that arrived had no such base and was prone to falling over. The item on the website had an array on controls that were not present on the item received.

(c) Next both items were damaged/defective. One, when plugged in simply didn't work. It beep but the controls did nothing. I check to make sure it was not the outlet or the adapter. The second had a scuff mark up one-side, and plastic housing that did not align with a large gap between the adjourning pieces. It was also bent in certain areas.

(d) controls were all in mandarin. In their defence they did not say the controls were in English and the website photo was too blurry to see what language the control's were in. However, the price on the website is listed in pounds (UK currency)...

(e) Non-UK plug. In their defence they did not say the plug was UK and the website photo did n ot feature the plug. However, the price on the website is listed in pounds (UK currency)...

If I could give zero stars I would! Awful company, it took weeks to even get I despatch email then weeks again for it to arrive, absolute crap, no instruction manual, all writing is in Chinese on the unit, Glasskin do give too hoots, I’ve received an email response to my complaint stating a I can return at my cost, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a portable air conditioner. It hadn't arrived and I contacted them and they say it had got lost and they would send another one. It has finally arrived a month later. It looks very cheap and there are no instructions with it at all and the writing on the machine is in Chinese. I would not advise anyone to buy this.

The Item I ordered was not what was advertised and the product had broken parts rattling around inside. There was no instruction manual and all markings were in Chinese. Their returns policy means it would cost me more than I paid for the product to return it to China. Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered a air conditioning unit. It was fan ask for a refund and now I am chasing them for a refund. Disgusting Customer service. Recommended anyone to avoid this site.

Just like all the other reviews im a victim of this fake website but I quickly contacted monzo my bank and I got a full refund if you have been ripped off I suggest you contact your bank immediately, even if you have ordered a product and its on the way

Ordered a product. When it arrived it was not what was advertised. The advert claimed to be water proof and have blood glucose monitoring. it arrived and the instructions said not water proof and did not have glucose monitoring. Contacted them and sent photos. They offer a 15% refund or 50% off next item. I feel scammed and cannot trust this company!!

I ordered two 1T data storage devices. Seemed very good value. After ten days I received two 128 gig storage devices which I could have bought at the same price in UK without waiting and more recognised product. Never again. Not worth the risk.

Item not as described & a nightmare to send back, avoid at all cost.

Zero stars. Doesn't reveal that they are in china - opted for express delivery - took 10 days or so. Says accepts returns but you have to pay for postage to china. Avoid avoid avoid.

SCAM £140.00 out of pocket. They took ages to send my product - over twenty business days. I returned the product. I followed all procedures and then their email become obsolete. Please do not buy anything from this company!

Wish there was a minus rating. Ordered a portable SSD. Numerous emails telling me it was on its way. It arrived but had loose connection. Tried to return bout told I could have 50% off next order or return to China and have a 15% refund !!! Next day had email asking for How Did We Do comments. Appalling .AVOID

Update ….received complete piece of cheap plastic tat over 3 wks for express delivery! Scammed! Please do NOT purchase anything from this company!!! Trading from China will not have the same legal cover as we have in the UK! They know Returns will cost you a fortune pls share this info in any way you can for others to AVOID……DO NOT BUY!!

Absolutely terrible quality! Items not fit for purpose. Customers service was unhelpful, saying I could not return items due to hygiene reasons, but offered 50%off another purchase. Avoid this company!

Avoid absolute scam they shouldn't be allowed to trade false advertising return process is impossible to achieve return they sent cheap fan not make as advertised after several photos they said yeah return but to china at huge cost they no you won't do that they then offer you part return and keep cheap rubbish theve sent you they need shutting down

2Tb SSD drive failed within 6 hours.

Could not complete a 290Gb backup -- after 6 hours! The Mac told me that the device had been removed. It was not. It just died. Device unreadable after that.

Returning it to China would cost more than the refund, less shipping.

I ordered a portable charger. Still haven't received weeks later. Paid £78 as I need it for work. Travel for work. I think I have been scammed. Now I need to spend time finding out how I can get my money back and report the case to the consumer council. The must be a government or commercial standards organisation I can seek redress.
