AWFUL. Took forever for a bathmat to arrive (from undisclosed China) and when it did it was the biggest piece of tat I have ever bought. NEVER use this company

Oh my God.... what an awful company..... product adverts show tiny cameras however when you receive them they are huge and not as advertised.
Both cameras detailed as lasting 72hrs one doesn't even last 2.
The second camera again describes 72hrs battery life. IT DIDNT EVEN COME WITH A BATTERY..

Customer service is awful. Keep asking for photo proof how can you show less than two hours battery life and how can I return when the only way I find out no battery is to take apart......
Then they offer only 20% refund on a falsely advertised product.....

PLEASE PLEASE DONT BY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.......

As all others have said, this is a fraud company. They are selling cheap knock-off goods at designer prices and shipping directly from China. Once you realise the goods are junk, they refuse to refund properly.
They're engaging in multiple shady and illegal practices such as falsely stating the lamp is on sale from an original price of £1200, down to £600, when the price was lower than that in previous weeks. (It can't be worth more than £100 based on the quality).
This company should not be allowed to operate in the UK.

Woeful brought a product that doesn’t work at all, water doesn’t register so can’t even use it. Full waste of money. Do not use!!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A POWER BANK FROM THEM, IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY A 100000 AMP POWER BANK. IT WAS SO LIGHT IT FELT LIKE THERE WAS NOTHING INSIDE IT. I CHARGED IT UP, BARELY CHARGED A VAPE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I TRIED TO RETURN THE ITEM , AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS OF THEM TRYING TO FOB ME OFF, WITH OFFERING ME STUPID % BACK OR BUY SOMETHING ELSE AND THEY WILL GIVE ME SOME MONEY OFF. I SENT THE ITEM BACK BUT ROYAL MAIL DESTROYED THE PARCEL STAYING IT WAS A DANGEROUS ITEM. NOW GLASSKIN ARE TELLING ME THAT I NEED TO TAKE THIS UP WITH ROYAL MAIL, THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME THE REFUND WHEN THEY RECEIVED THE ITEM. PLEASE PLEASE STAY CLEAR, THEY PRODUCTS ARE SHODDY, AND THEIR RETURNS POLICY IS A SCAM, THEY DO NOT INTEND ON GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS ! THEY DELIVERED A DEFECT PRODUCT, DID NOT REPLACE NOR REPAIR IT AND DID NOT REIMBURSE THE PURCHASE PRICE. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRADULENT COMPANY !

Glaskin are nothing but thieves & highwaymen.Goods costing £38.00 arrive broken Package was very poor minimum protection for goods.They refuse to refund. I will do everything I can to protect people from this company. Please save yourself grief , order nothing from these people. Spread the word. The one star is only there so I could enter my review.

I ordered a 100000 and received a 50000mah power bank for $159 reduced from $300. What a waste of money, cheap crap lasted a few hrs. I have emailed them, warch this space....

The faucet we ordered was not fitting for our sink and when applying their 30- day refund request we were informed that return shipping was our responsibility. It was then we were notified the return was to mainland China and that cost would exceed the price of the faucet! $300 USD to ship! This company is a fraud and consumers need to be aware, via any means, that this company isn’t worthy of their business.

This company dresses up Chinese crap as something better and flogs it for about ten times what it’s worth. Completely immoral and disgusting, don’t go anywhere near them.

If I could give less than this would definitely be it. This company is in China! It represents itself as if it is in Uk . The customer service rep calls herself Louise but standard unhelpful answers. The goods - in my case an air con unit are cheap beyond cheap and the screws to assemble thrown in box as an after thought. No UK plug. No return shipping unless you pay for it - appx £46 and then it sits in customs as they won’t respond to customs who request info. Because they won’t acknowledge custom they then say they have not received it - so no refund. This company is a scam beyond belief. Do not touch with a disinfected bargepole.

Wish my husband would have checked Trustpilot before ordering. The website is misleading. Item received not fit for use. Cost £120, after refusing all their offers to try not to return they gave me the address. Item has now been at China customs for 2 months. Have asked the company for assistance but they are no help whatsoever. AWFUL WEBSITE AVOID!!!!

I ordered the product I wanted and it arrived in reasonable time (but not as fast as I would have liked). It seems to be of good quality but it is not exactly what I ordered. They tell me they don't give refunds but do offer alternatives from their catalogue. I asked for the item I originally ordered, which they agreed to send, but its all gone quiet. The item is still offered in the catalogue but is "out of stock" when they reply to me.

Agree with other reviewers that this company appears to be fraudulent.
We have received a product ( air purifier/ fan) that is defective.
Have tried sending video, photos and reminders about consumer rights protection act
I just get the same email back telling me I have to send a video. Is this all just a scam ?

I wish i had read the trustpilot reviews the website was so convincing Ihave experienced the same shoddy items and my emails have no effect they will not return my money i bought an eagle garden windmill for my wifes 86 birthday it arrived in a box 9inches by 6inches nothing like the advertised photo

Fraude total, pedí un GPS para gatos y me llegó roto, correo tras correo, sin solución. Encima me pidan que lo devuelva a mi cargo a China.

A bunch of thieves, ordered a 4TB SS hard drive received a 64 gig flash drive, a pack of assholes, the email trail is a joke, they started saying that I can pick something else, everything on the slick looking site is rubbish, they continue to reply with the generic email, your return has not been received, I didn't sent the piece of crap back

Don't be fooled by the slick website! absolute fraud from start to finish. 'GLASSKIN' was a UK company wound up in 2017!
'Free Express Shipping' TOOK OVER A MONTH. Item arrived in flimsy box wrapped in packing tape. SQUASHED but small cheap LED light not broken.
Four 'attempts' to deliver - all lies: best was - large, heavy parcel needs two persons. Supposedly delivered by EVRi but I think even that was a bogus company.
