Scam ,
I ordered a medical watch for my brother who has mental health,who cannot tell you he is feeling unwell etc.
I orded this in good faith as we almost lost my brother just prior to ordering this medical watch , the reason for the purchase the watch showed blood pressure, heart rate and hydration etc levels to alert us of a medical emergency.
This was a vital tool for monitoring my brothers well being.
I have sent 7 emails to this company regarding the delay in receiving this watch which we paid for in good faith.
I received emails stating delivery on its way , giving me a tracking number from Envi , so its all seems genuine at first , I received other emails offering further duscounts for further orders and also requesting me to leave a review for the service received.
It all seems a legitimate company at point of sale and then they keep saying delayed apologies, the tracking number is much longer than other envi tracking numbers , .
This is and absolute con,
Do not order from this company.
They have ripped off a very vulnerable person.
Shame on you!!

i orderd a watch on the 11th December 2025 but until now i am being fobed of with to many excuses .
i even threatend with court action this company is a scammer and should be stoped to many people are being hurt and money taken from them today i sent them a final reminder

I purchased a kids smart watch and didnt work so i reached out and asked for a refund and they told me no. Ive now clicked the link and there website cannot be found. Scammers 100%

Ordered a watch on 11th Jan, it even had an evri delivery code so you could check it's progress. After lots of very apologetic emails they said it was lost so I asked for a refund. That should have taken no more than 14 days, it's now 4 weeks later and nothing paid back. I've referred it to credit card company who are sending me some forms to fill in. I wouldn't recommend this company .

I ordered some German glasses in January and have still not received them. Several times I have sent emails but they reply saying they are on their way. Then they say they were lost with the courier and have re-sent more glasses. I have asked for a refund which is not forthcoming and I do not have any faith that this company will honour its commitments. This is really a warning to other buyers to be extremely careful before parting with any funds to this company as they do not seem to be reliable.

As with every other review I have waited 20 working days and still have no idea when my item will arrive despite an Email saying they will look into it.

This company based in China is a fake. Order placed on 10 December 2025, money taken next day. They obviously have no intention of fulfilling the order. Excuse after excuse and pointing out that a refund can be obtained within 30 days of receipt. Quite difficult when the item hasn't been dispatched in the first place.

Appalling fake company it seems! Ordered and paid £39.95 for an item on 24th Dec, on 25th Dec email received saying "shipment information received", as others have said cannot track order (just says "in processing"). Laughably named Yun Express not living up to their name, and likely do not exist. Somewhere I saw reference to being able to email for support, which I did to complain - failed delivery. I gather I could have raised a "non-charge" with the bank but a palava so just have to loose the nealry 40 quid. Do not touch Glasskin!

If I could give less than one star I would, this company are scammers DO NOT USE. I purchased a coat on 6th December 2025 and didn’t receive it , I had many correspondence with this company and all were helpful and pleasant, I asked them for a refund 2 weeks ago and they said they had sent me a refund to my original method of payment PAY PAL. After several attempts to get a resolution I contacted Pay Pal who were absolutely fantastic and I got a resolution from them. I consider myself very savvy with scammers but this company is very good, again DO NOT USE or do research before sending any money.

I ordered a walking stick from this low life company , it was ordered on the 7th December , it never arrived , on chasing the order , it had been sent but was lost , I was promised another stick but opted for a refund , this refund will never materialise, one excuse after another , my advice to anyone is avoid this company like the plague , I wish I would have taken the time to read other comments on this site and then would have saved myself some money!
My sympathy goes to all the people who placed orders in good faith and were fobbed off with poor excuses when goods failed to arrive.
Avoid this company at all costs , not worth the disappointment.

Ordered night driving glasses 5th December , still not received, emailed them said they were on there way , no parcel, emailed again said been delayed, still no parcel , then again said they were lost supposedly sent replacement, that was two weeks ago still no parcel, been 7 weeks now, they now have the downright cheek to ask me to buy from their sale, think they are having a laugh, what a downright despicable company please stay away

I ordered an ice maker on 7th Dec. it still has not arrived.
I have been in touch with customer services they tell me the order was lost and will send another .
I asked for a refund was told another had been sent so could not refund.
I am still waiting
Do not use this company

I bought a watch in November 2025. It took about 6 weeks to get it. The watch that arrived was not even close related to the watch advertised on their website. I have boon trying to send email, but they are not delivered. This is a scam not a proper business.
AVOID!!!

Absolutely terrible company. Promises delivery, lost item, re-orders then never arrives. Won’t give refund as they say they’ll re-order again. Had to get onto the bank for a “Charge back” claim.
Even if you do own a “Barge Pole” never touch this company.

Fraudulent company. Complete scam. I have reported them to the Hong Kong Police, Action Fraud and Hong Kong Customs for fraud. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered a wallet on the 3rd of Dec for a Christmas's present and am yet to receive it! I have constantly asked for updates and have got the same generic/chatgpt response!

After 5 weeks I finally got an update that my parcel is lost!! I have asked for a refund 2X and have been denied this

Never deal with this company. Goods do not arrive and all contact is by a standardised email which offers no help. Don't waste your time asking for a refund. It would be more rewarding to give your money to charity.

Ordered present for my Grand daughter on 9th December 2025. Gift not received and courier Evri hasn't got the parcel. Customer service says parcel on way and I can return for refund. How do you achieve that if you are not going to receive the goods?! Going round and round in circles with customer service and so contacted bank to progress via charge back. I wish I had read reviews on here before I purchased . (unusual for me!)

Wish I’d checked here before purchasing. Ordered my daughter a watch, said it required a SIM card which we purchased and inserted. Still doesn’t work, emailed for assistance. Got told to put the SIM card in… explained we’d already done that and heard nothing back. Avoid this company!
