The y solv my problemas here... I hace 2 days in Laredo stuck.. Becouse anoter company cant solv my situación... But bengamin and diego... Resolv All my problems... These nice person help me alot... Thank u guys for the support. And I travel again whit u guys. Thanks again for doing u job great.

Made an online booking yesterday stating my credit card details and received an immediate referenced price confirmation (which I took a copy of). My credit card was not charged though but the confirmation message gave me a booking reference and said that the e-ticket would be sent to my email address within 24 hours, which didn’t happen and neither was my credit card charged. I received a phone call that night, which I missed. I phoned back today and was told that the rate was no longer available and he (George) would phone back in a few hours after he had checked with the airline. My instinct told me that I was heading to be scammed as the flight price quoted was £97 less than the lowest price for the same flight on a comparison website. He admitted that the online price still had not been changed. My trust has gone with any dealings with this company.

Just booked two business class tickets from USA to UK and made a spelling mistake on one of the last names.

When I tried to fix it and became very concern that this may all be a scam as no one would respond to their on line help system or email. So I called 347-801-8535 and I tried to cancel the flights to rebook correctly within 15 minutes of the booking and was told I could not cancel the flights.

If they fix the spelling and send my tickets with the ability to select the seats I will change this rating. But for right now I think I just got scammed, they have terrible customer service. Finger crossed.
