The website explains everything you could possibly need to know. Size shape width etc.as a women who hasnt had much need to order a new piece of glass for my log burner I found it so easy and wasn't worried I'd have done it wrong and would have to send it back etc.spot on will definitely recommend

Excellent service
Easy online ordering for a yearly repeat of custom cut fire bricks, excellent quality materials and extremely quick turnaround received my bricks next day with Yodel well packaged with no damage, could not be happier, thanks everyone at Glowing Embers.

Ordered 2 x wood burner glass. 1st class customer service. Had issue with delivery company and they sorted it straight away. Very highly recommended.

Great products, poor service
Really good products but not great service, paid extra for next day delivery and took the following day off from work to do the works (ran a full new chimney for my pizza oven), various comms to them and in the end refunded the difference between normal and next day delivery yet wasted a day off work...

Rubbish
Rubbish! Had to pay an extra £9.40 on top of a delivery charge already paid as the item was with Royal Mail having not had enough postage paid on it!

We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused, our parcel carrier mistakenly delivered a cage of parcels meant for Yodel to Royal Mail. Accordingly, they didn't have any Royal Mail labels on, so Royal Mail have been delivering them and charging our customers. This is a very rare and unfortunate event. I am very sorry that your parcel got caught up in this, we have, of course refunded the extra postage paid in full to you.

Brilliant service. After another company letting me down, i ordered from here. The service was quick and the glass was perfect. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Products were excellent but...
Products were excellent. However postage pricecwas £13 for 2 items, that were in one small packet, so way over charged on postage. Not that impressed with this aspect

Parts supplied excellent but.....
Parts supplied excellent. However, quite small packet that could have been sent by a much cheaper method but still charged £13 for shipping which is outrageous and frankly feels unpalatable. Not impressed when I saw size of packet received. I was also a returning customer which clearly makes no difference
