Excellent Video Converter with lots of editing features.
It converts videos quickly and covers all video formats.
Their Customer Service Dept. is responsive and courteous and resolves problems quickly

This is a good video converter, easy to understand, provides quick conversion from/to any formats I'm interested in. I'd buy it again for that reason, though I must admit to having an activation code issue such as others have described: after installing a new update, I couldn't activate it using my prior activation code. But I had a reasonably prompt response from the technical support folks - they reset my activation code and I've been able to use it ever since. It seems the sort of problem that should be easily corrected, but judging from some of the reviews, it evidently is NOT that easily corrected. But I'm pleased overall with the product.

My computer's hard drive crashed, and lost everything on it. It was quite old, so I bought a new computer, and when I tried to install and activate Video Converter Pro, it refused to allow me to activate the software. I was aware of their DRM feature about this, so I tried using the tool on their website to get my code reactivated. I did not receive any email about my code being reactivated (like the previous time I had to do this). I tried multiple times, and I've looked in my spam and junk folders and disabled all filters to ensure that the email did got misfiled, with no success. I've tried contacting their support, with no responses from support. I thought maybe thier support team was just under heavy stress due to Covid, but it's been 4 months now, with still no response. At this point, I assume that I'm not going to get a response. I could buy the software again, but I should not have to buy it a second time when I have only 1 computer. I've thought about pursuing legal actions, but not sure if that would even help, considering their website doesn't show a mail address to send a certified letter, nor is there a phone number available to call.

Update: I was finally able to get my Activation Code reset and can use the software, not long after making the complaint here. Upgrading from 1* to 3* review. The software is excellent (if you can get your code to work ;) )

I have spoken to other angry customers that have had no success with you.
You are doing the same to them as you are doing to me.
I am going to seek legal advice and stop your fraudulent actions towards me and other people that you have ripped off.

Rip off. Licence was revoked and software went into trial mode. Licence I bought won't work, says already been used. Same computer, no changes. Scam. Going through eBay dispute now as they give 180 days. Shame, as decent software, other than that.

EDIT: Recieved my money back but not because they did the right thing. Escalated to PayPal.

I have enjoyed using Video Converter Pro and it's been a life saver for me and my job, easy to use and understand.

Bought this program several years ago and lost my hard drive, was told I have to buy it again, this is a complete ripoff and warn others that buy from this crowd

I think this is the best Video Converting software I have seen. Their customer service was excellent and very prompt in fixing an initial issue I had and the software itself is very simple to use and has enabled me to convert MP4 videos to DVD very easily and to an excellent quality.

I purchased a license of DJ Music Mixer more than a year ago, then I upgraded my pc to Windows 10 and had to reinstall some programs including DJ software. Then the license did not work due to security reason (avoid piracy and using on a different machine). I sent Program4Pc a message and they reset my activation code within 30 minutes, yes it was only half an hour. I really amazed how fast they act.
Happy with my software and will recommend it to everyone who need their software.

I purchased a license last month and got a very good result on converting my MP4 to AVI for using in Movie Maker. The output video quality is perfect and fine.
