Outstanding! 👌

Great service at Greenmiles in Wommelgem, Belgium. Wonderful bicycle. My son has the same one and convinced me to get one as well. No regrets. Eco-mode is just fine for me. Stable ride, safe feeling.

This bike is great! Thank you for developing such a bike. It is unbelievable fast, lightweight and nice to drive ! A dream comes true. Biking at its best! Easy to fold , Easy to transport! It is unbelievable! Really the Jack of all trades!

We love the bikes. They are very well made. They are perfect once folded to put in our pickup truck.
A front basket would be appreciated for these bikes. Can’t find with the handlebars.

The G4i, the worst buy/ purchase ever 🤨

We had a fantastic experience purchasing a Go Cycle from Tony of Reckless! He went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. I am so excited about my new ebike!

Wij zijn beiden vijftigers en dachten deze fietsen te kunnen gebruiken tijdens citytrips om meer van een stad te kunnen ontdekken. Puur recreatief dus.
Dan maar 2 G4i's met accessoires (€ 10.000,-) gekocht bij dealer GREENMILES te Borsbeek (Antwerpen). Bijzonder vriendelijke bediening... en daar houdt het helaas op.
Vanaf de eerste week na aankoop doken er bij beide fietsen diverse problemen op dewelke na 21 maanden (ja, bijna einde garantieperiode) nog steeds niet zijn verholpen. De fietsen zijn ten gevolge van de problemen nauwelijks gebruikt. Meer nog, zij zijn meermaals teruggebracht en/of teruggezonden naar GREENMILES. Eén keertje zelfs 3 maanden lang... zonder resultaat.
Na 3 à 400 km (test)rijden werd wel al een onderhoud uitgevoerd van €192,-. Dat dan weer wel.
Vandaag een mail ontvangen van GREENMILES waarbij alle verantwoordelijkheid van de problemen in onze schoenen wordt geschoven.
Liever hadden wij van GREENMILES/GOCYCLE een mail ontvangen dat ik door hen ben opgelicht en dat ik daar niets tegen kan ondernemen. Nu voelen mijn vrouw en ik enkel aanhoudende stress en onzekerheid wat de volgende maanden zullen brengen.

Update 31 aug. 2023:
Eerste ritje nadat we onze fietsen nagezien (en hersteld !?!) terug kregen. Wat blijkt? Alweer problemen met één der fietsen. Nu raakt de fiets van mijn echtgenote niet meer in 3de versnelling ofschoon het dashboard aangeeft van wel.
Wat een duurzaam product, wat een service.

For four years I was a advocate for my GX. In France and at home in Guernsey people would stop and ask about the bike and I would extol the virtues.

This year it just stopped working. Returned to dealer who explained they would try to diagnose but GoCycle are trying to work direct.

Eventually diagnosed as a wiring loom fault and GoCycle wanted me to ship first to Netherlands and then to the UK. A ridiculous situation, local dealers need to be able to fix.

Dealer agreed to attempt fix and managed to despite little assistance from GoCycle. I complained and they insist I complain to the dealer. I have no problem with the dealer that I know well.

They are a great design and great when they work, if expensive. Money probably better spent on a cycle with a decent dealer network.

Fantastic bike easy to ride and like the power and the range. On the con side the tires tend to slip in gravel especially if u r using the battery and that makes it risky, the saddle needs to improve. It is too hard and uncomfortable. I had to change the saddle and that has added to my expenses which is not nice. However truly appreciate the light weight because I can carry it up the stairs to my room

Das Bike 4i ist traumhaft in allen Belangen, was fehlt ist der 4te Gang, weil die vorhandene power die Trittfrequenz im 3te Gang zu stark ansteigen läßt. So ist es zum herumgondeln gedacht, statt auch Strecke mit mehr Speed zu machen.

Does exactly what it says on the label, and more, excellent.

We just bought two G4 as a couple and will use the bikes together with our campervan. Extraordinary design solutions and functionality are convincing.
Both folded bikes fit easily the rear compartment. And still leave sufficient spacefor luggage.

The bike is stylish and practical. Despite being expensive in UK due to taxes gocycle g4i is the best bike I have ever had.

The G4i+ is fine when it’s working but it is made of bespoke parts so the bike shop cannot deal with faults - it has to go back to GoCycle. My bike has had two faulty batteries- it took five weeks both times for the bike to go back to GoCycle for a replacement. They were unable to replace the required 375 Wh battery, but temporarily used a lesser Wh replacement. Eight months later still no sign of the correct battery - and no contact from GoCycle. The bike is now going back to GoCycle again and will doubtless take a month or longer. The assistant in the bike shop had the same battery switch fault on his GoCycle as on my bike. I wouldn’t recommend GoCycle. Get a bike with parts commonly found on other bikes and from a properly established company that can undertake repairs promptly. Five weeks to change a battery is absurd.

Fun, fast, almost proper upright position. Excellent ride for someone who has a bad back as well as being lightweight and easy to handle onto and off our boat.

I am a new gocycle owner and I have had some problems with my bike. I received quick and professional help from the Gocycle staff, for which I thank you. I hope they will help me in the future.
