It's always nice to see one of our engineers get a special mention, and Mark certainly sounds as though he looked after you well.

I'm delighted to hear that he took the time to talk you through the different installation options and helped you choose the one that best suited your home. Those little decisions can make a big difference, so it's great to know you felt involved in the process rather than simply having it done for you.

It's also fantastic to hear that the enhanced WiFi solution has made such a difference. Saying goodbye to the Powerline adapters and enjoying reliable coverage throughout the house is exactly what those mesh units are designed to achieve.

I'm delighted to hear that the build and installation process went smoothly and that the team were helpful throughout. It's even more encouraging to hear how the issue with the mesh units was handled once you'd reported it.

While we'd all prefer things to work perfectly first time, it's how problems are resolved that really matters. I'm pleased that our support team were able to get the issue escalated quickly and that one of our technicians was able to remotely update the firmware and get everything working as it should without any fuss.
