Gorailtravel レビュー

Over the past several weeks we've had the pleasure of working with Alex on our itinerary for our first trip to Ireland (and also first rail travel). I had a response on the day of my first email inquiry and she has never wavered. She answers all our questions and has been attentive, detail oriented, knowledgeable and personable! Alex is in my opinion, top of the list, and one of the best we have ever worked with. Very excited to begin our journey. Highly recommend.

Peter responded quickly to all questions and made planning our trip effortless on our end. When we asked for changes they were immediately responded to. We have never travelled to the UK before so this booking made it easy for us, we are really looking forward to our trip.

Before I connected with Sean, I read about Gorailtravel.com first, to assure me if it is a reliable and legitimate company. I heard great things about Sean so when He called me,I was ready to inquire about my trip to Switzerland, He was very friendly, very informative and knowledgeable about the spectacular places in Switzerland. He was inspiring, encouraging and knows about his stuff. I felt comfortable talking to him about my trip and very encouraging when my initial companion reneged on me. Because of that, I was able to encourage 2 college friends to come with me. I am talking to another nurse that agreed to come so there will be four of us. I am waiting for her to call/text me so I can be assured she is coming.
So from 2 people, I was able to definitely book three and probably four of us because of Shean. He is an asset to your company, He has a great personality, very personable, compassionate, very polite, very professional and very endearing! I am looking forward to finalizing this trip in the near future. Have a great day!!!

Very helpful and patient as we made several changes until we made our final decission. If our trip is a good as I think it is going to be we will use GOrailtravel to plan all our future trips to Europe

Shout out to Adam for fantastic customer service! Three rounds of itineraries later (because he is extremely patient) we are seeing so much more of Scotland than we imagined. In addition to accounting for the ideas we already had, he made suggestions we would never have come up with on our own. Will definitely be reaching out to him for our next Scotland adventure!

Tristan made this process easy and built in trust that this will be an amazing trip. I would highly recommend Gotravel and Tristan as a contact. Booking and requesting information has never been easier.

Tristan was amazing. He had incredible follow through, great suggestions, a positive attitude, and a wonderful sense of humor. I know I booked a fabulous trip, thanks to Tristan!

Alex was an absolute super star in crafting our trip to be exactly what we wanted. She worked hard to work around some health issues I was having and still make this dream trip a reality despite several changes as we personalized our vacation.
Patient, understanding and caring, heavy on the patience.

So far Tristan has been very helpful and made our experience easy

Alex was a pleasure to work with in designing a rail vacation to Scotland. We found her to be very knowledgeable and personable. She made the planning easy and fun, and we can't wait to experiencing Scotland!

Everything has been great. Both Joe and Adam listened to our wishes and we are now totally excited about our itinerary in May '27. Promt response and super customer service!!!

Sean has been wonderful to work with so far! I'm planning a very special trip to Ireland with my mom to celebrate her 75th birthday, and Sean has been patient, professional and responsive throughout the booking process so far!

Planning our Scotland rail trip for September 2027 with Joe has been such a wonderful and personal experience. From our very first conversation, Joe made us feel listened to, cared for, and genuinely excited about the trip ahead. He took the time to understand what we were hoping for, patiently answered our questions, and guided us through each step with kindness, confidence, and great attention to detail. One of the moments that really sold us on the trip was the video Joe shared—it brought the experience to life and helped us picture just how special the Scotland rail adventure would be. Joe was also very cost conscious, which we truly appreciated; he helped us think through options carefully and made sure the planning felt both exciting and financially thoughtful. What could have felt overwhelming instead felt easy, organized, and enjoyable because of Joe’s support. We truly appreciate the time and care he has put into helping us plan this special trip, and we feel very grateful to have Joe helping make our Scotland rail adventure something to look forward to.

Alex has done a fab job preparing our itinerary for 7 days in Ireland before joining up with another group. She was attentive to our desires and has stuck with me through a couple of itinerary changes. So far a great experience. I'll comment again in October, once the trip is complete.

My experience has been amazing! Alex was always helpful and understanding of several changes and requests! I can’t wait to see the beautiful countryside and enjoy a wonderful vacation. I truly recommend! The best thing was I was always speaking to the same person. That was great! Thank you so much Alex!

Although we did not book through GoRailTravel this year our experience with Joe was excellent - prompt, responsive, polite and knowledgeable.
We definitely want to try the rail travel and will probably think about that for next year.

I just booked a rail trip in Scotland for September 2027. Adam has been fantastic to help me get the information I needed, develop a wonderful trip with just the right amount of exploration each day, and assure me that each step was completed accurately and in a timely manner. He is attentive, friendly, informed, and communicates regularly with reminders as needed. I look forward to the rail trip ahead!

Joe took the time to make a 11 minute video explaining and detailing the itinerary on the tour that he set up for me, which was the icing on the cake that sold me the package. But the deal isn't done yet. I don't understand these companies who want top billing halfway through the sale. When the sale is over on September 28th I will do an update on my experience with go rail travel.

I have just booked my first trip with GoRail and so far I've been very impressed. I've been dealing with Alex and she has been fantastic. Alex responds promptly to my inquiries, she answers my questions and volunteers information before I think to ask. In reviewing the custom itinerary, I had some questions, and asked for modifications which were promptly handled.
I am hoping my actual trip goes as smoothly as the planning process as been

I would give Sean 10 Stars if I could. He has been so helpful and has made this process so much easier than I ever thought it would be! Mom is going to have an amazing 75th birthday girls trip with 4 generations going to Ireland!!
