I just finished booking a trip to Scotland, I'm really looking forward to what looks to be a great adventure.
Sean listened to my request and set up a trip that covers exactly what I asked for, a bit a culture, a bit of history and plenty of site seeing. The process was smooth, easy and an absolute pleasure.

I just want to say that my experience with Gorailtravel has been excellent to date. Peter has been excellent answering all my questions and so many options . We are a multigenerational group - 3 generations and working all those details has been challenging. We are really looking forward to this trip

Quickly provided a detailed plan for our trip in Scotland for all sights we noted plus others. After an iteration he sent back a revised plan which we agreed on. We were able to discuss our plan on the phone 3x and they were very prompt to call us at the agreed to time.

We saw that Alex was a very sincere, efficient and pleasant individual ready to work with us to fit the trip to match our schedule. Excellent work! We will definitely recommend to our friends!

Adam has been awesome in helping us plan our trip to Scotland. He’s been very receptive to our wishes, maintains clear communication, and prompt in responding to us despite the time difference. Plus there’s the awesome Scottish accent. I recommend him highly.

I have had the best time with Joe planning our dream trip to Ireland! He has been so helpful and a joy to talk to. Such a great personality! He has made us feel so secure in choosing Gorailtravel and the itinerary he set up for us couldn't be more perfect! Just knowing he will be there along the way up to and during our trip is such a comfort. I have a strong feeling we will be returning to Joe to help us with many more vacations throughout the years. So Joe if you are reading this and you are in any of the places we visit let us buy you a beer!
Sincerely, Leslie I.

We just completed our trip of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland by Rail. Sean did a great job working with us on the itinerary. AND when a couple of issues came up during the trip, he was extremely responsive and they were resolved promptly.

Working with Sean has been delightful. He was receptive to our ideas, provided timely revisions, and selected lovely lodging. He picked up quickly on the kind of travel (a bit off the beaten path) we hope to experience. We three are looking forward to this once in a lifetime travel trip in Ireland, thanks to Sean's planning expertise and superb customer service. We chose gorailtravel after researching many travel companies, Irish and international. There was no comparison to their attention to detail and pleasant, patient demeanor.

Peter is a pleasure to work with planning our vacation trip through Ireland and Scotland. He is understanding and accommodating . We look forward to continue our journey with Peter and Gorailtravel.

Sean Wesson made my experience of planning a trip in Scotland very easy. He listened to what I said and made it happen right in the budget that I gave him too. Would use again.

We’ve only begun our journey with booking. However, Joe has been amazing. We provided info on our interests and abilities and he set us up with what looks like an amazing trip. He also ensured our booking didn’t get forgotten on our end with regular, helpful check-ins. My ADHD brain really appreciated the assist!

We are all looking forward to our Scotland adventure!

This is our first time working with Gorailtravel and Joe to create our itinerary for Switzerland this fall/winter. We chose Gorailtravel as our provider after comparing their reviews to similar providers and couldn't be happier. Our dates were flexible so we made multiple adjustments to the original itinerary and Joe was a great advisor to us on timing, hotel choices etc and got the new itineraries to us quickly. Now that we are confirmed we can't wait for our trip to begin with the continued support from Joe!

We have been looking at rail trips in Scotland and planning for next year. Sean was able to help us narrow exactly what it is that we want, and to recommend events and places of which we might never had thought.. He was very professional, and fun to deal with. We were very impressed, and would recommend him to anyone looking for travel advice.

What I first contacted GoRail, they responded right away. In fact, they responded so quickly I wasn't quite ready to discuss the trip with them. They followed up daily, and when I finally had the details I wanted for the trip, I worked with Joe. Joe was great! Professional, attentive, and very patient with our myriad of questions and itinerary changes. He was very reassuring regarding any unforeseen travel glitches that we might have and explained clearly the refund and rebooking policies. Excellent customer service even with the time zone difference. Also, when he was out of the office, his colleague Adam followed up to make sure plans were moving forward smoothly. We haven't taken the trip yet, but if the smoothness and professionalism of the travel planning is any indication, the trip should be fabulous.

Have been working with Adam and he has made himself available based on my schedule and has been very helpful! We have had to make some changes and everything has been seemless!

Very knowledgeable and accommodating. I have a great vacation coming up thanks to Peter.

We are planning a trip to Scotland and Peter has been so helpful and understanding. He is very knowledgeable and heard our wants and needs for this trip and planned our itinerary so that we get the most out of this trip. Thank you Peter for your time, patience and kindness.

Sean was very professional and responsive, and provided valuable guidance when planning our trip to Ireland. He answered all questions snd made the process easy.

Alex has been a fantastic support and advisor for my first visit to Scotland. She listened to my goals and interests for this trip and made a plan tailored just for me. I am so excited for this trip and cannot wait to share pictures with my friends and family after!
