DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Received no communication when my order would arrive so I cancelled the order .. 10 days later still no refund .. had to freeze payments with Klarna . I just hope I get my money back !! Horrendous company .. I suspect a scam company from there communications as you get a very generic email with no confirmation of the actual item you have ordered !!

I purchased a Shark Fan on the 23rd June 2026. It states on the website that deliveries are approximately 7 days in the uk. After placing my order, I received no confirmation until 24 hours later. I was then informed that I will receive my order on the 16th July. That is 3 weeks and 2 days. I would have never purchased from this company if I was made aware of this before paying. It is now the 17th July and I have still not received my order. I have had no communication from them and no response to my emails. How a registered company can behave in such a way is totally disgusting. When I do get my money back, I will never use this company again. Be warned people.

Zero rating of there was any. Scam..Scam..Scam..Please be cautious about potential scams. I initially thought the website was legitimate since it looked official and was listed on Klarna. However, my experience proved otherwise. After placing an order through a third party, I received a payment confirmation that, unfortunately, raised some red flags. Despite attempts to reach out via email, phone, and online chat, I received no response. The website, gouttemarket.com, appears trustworthy at first glance, but it's actually a scam—taking your money and disappearing. A major warning sign was the address they provided: Huddersfield Office, Unit 15, Kingsgate Centre, King Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2QB. I even visited this address personally, hoping to speak with someone about my order. There was no store called Goutte Market or KIDS CAMPING STORE LTD; just an office shoe store. I suspect that some of the reviews might be from people they know —friends or family—but they don't seem to be genuine customers. Stay alert and protect yourself from similar scams.

For weekend trips, this tent has been perfect thanks to its practical size and quick, straightforward setup.

They offer absurdly low prices (e.g. a £209 bivvy for £89.99), which is a red flag in e-commerce fraud. While Trustpilot shows decent reviews, only 11 exist—a laughably small dataset.

External safety audits on ScamAdviser still note anonymized ownership, poor hosting, and suspicious registrar behavior.

You cannot trust their contact info or refund policy—these may vanish once you pay.

Do not give this site your payment details—you could easily get your card “rinsed dry.”
