I have experienced two moves from Australia to Italy in an 18-month period. Grace Removals in Australia for logistics, packing and shipment; and Schmidt Global Relocation BV were the European partners who handled my goods for receiving, customs clearance, and delivery to my Italian address. I found the two companies and staff on both occasions to be very professional in their systems and practices, friendly staff that provided documentation assistance, provided updating and tracking of the shipment and constant progress follow-up. The final delivery from Port Rotterdam to my Italian address was flawless, and on time. Both companies have excellent stuff who successfully completed packing, customs, logistics and delivery to schedule.

This is my third time using Grace.
First, from New Zealand to Australia, then from Australia to Denmark, and then to Bulgaria. I also made use of Grace storage in Melbourne and an internal move from the city to Halam.
I am very happy with your services and will gladly use Grace again, and I am happy to recommend your services to my friends.

We had a great experience with Grace moving our office, from booking all the way through to the day of the move.
Charmaigne handled the booking efficiently; Carol kept us up to date with the timing of the move and Con and Daniel were great on the day of the move ensuring all care was taken.

We have a missing box. No one is debating it's missing. It wasn't checked off at time of delivery. After an initial "we'll locate that for you" I can't get any response or action (delivery was over a month ago now).

It also took a month AFTER customs clearance for delivery from Sydney to Melbourne. Almost as long as the LA to Australia leg. If all else was fine we could have lived with that, but with items missing and no response it gets a mention also.

I have been emailing to them regarding my furnitures I have requested them to ship from Melbounre to Malaysia, they have not replied back to me. Told me to contact the sales team for this specific enquiry, which I did and have yet to receive any response for a month now. No clue if the furntures are lost, damaged or not even shipped out. If any staff from Grace sees this, this is urgent and very unprofessional.

Amazing throughout our move from oz to uk. Great comms and everything was packed up and delivered to the rooms we needed it to with no problems.

Grace were outstanding. Professional in every way, accomodating and enthusiastic. They wanted our move to be stress free and easy. From first contact with their sales team to the final collection of empty boxes they were professional throughout. Matt and John were awesome removalists.

Great staff very professional but ensure you are there to see wrapping is sufficient. We had a few furnitures broken

Not good at all. Initially the rep told us that the shipping will be delivered in approximately 2 months although it took 3 and half months.
Promised us that there will be no added cost in any form from their partners in arrival country although it charged me nearly $1000.00 extra to get my shipment.
After all these suffering, some of the items were damaged when I received.

And yet I have not received a single call from the company about my experience.

Luckily I paid for insurance, but Now, i have another headache to send them emails regarding damaged products to claim for insurance.

Terrible service

The team arrived on time. We’re polite professional moved quickly and everything was moved cleanly and without any damage. Max and Nick were the boys who helped us.

My interstate move from Newcastle to Melbourne went very smoothly. The guys in Newcastle were fantastic - they disassembled my furniture easily and were quick and efficient packing everything up. Savannah from the Newcastle office was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process.
Max and Nick in Melbourne were amazing. They treated all of my belongings with such care and were so efficient moving everything in. They helped make a stressful day so much easier - thank you! I would use Grace again.
