The company lost a box of my items, their drivers were rude to me when delivering the boxes, scratched one of my items of furniture, and when I reported that a box was missing Grace removals did not seem to care and didn’t bother following up either

Well organised from start to finish. Never kept "hanging" on the phone when I had a query. Whole process very straightforward and went smoothly. Admin and moving persons always welcoming, friendly, respectful. Would certainly engage for another move

This is the second time we have used Grace for our office relocation and make good. Robin and his team were excellent to deal with in preparation and on the days of the move and work.
