Moved my entire house from Melbourne to Karratha in WA including 2 X cars and our pet dog. Fantastic service for the house removal and excellent co-ordination and supervision among the specialist movers for the cars and dog which made everything seamless. Would definitely use Grace removals again. Highly Recommended.

Veer and Max were great- super kind and enthusiastic and worked so hard … even in the face of a very tricky bed to assemble. Highly recommend!

I used Grace Removals in collaboration with Solaris Relocation in the UK to ship and deliver my belongings. They did a fantastic job, and my partner and I are extremely happy with the service. Everything arrived safely with no damage, a huge contrast to a previous company I’d used, which unfortunately delivered some of my furniture with water damage. I’m truly grateful I found Grace, and I would absolutely recommend their services. A definite 10/10, and I’d use them again without hesitation.

Moved from Sydney ti Melbourne, only took three days door to door. I had been getting quotes from other places as well and grace quoted the best price and shortest time. Nick and max assisted my family and I with a local move but was a big job, under adverse weather conditions they did a fantastic job, they were quick yet very thorough. Kind courteous and polite they got the job done effortlessly. There was no stress on the day they were fantastic. We have appointed Grace as the moving company to ship our goods from Melbourne to the UK. And one word to summarise our experience – Disappointing.

- The moving consultant provided misleading and incorrect information during the consultation, which resulted in unexpected delivery fees.

- Staff, including the consultant, co-ordinator and international manager, failed to offer any helpful solutions and avoided taking responsibility for their mistakes. No compensation was provided.

- One box was nearly lost due to the failure to apply the correct label, and no assistance was offered. We have to deal with the local shipment partner ourselves in the UK to sort it out together and found the missing box with no label attached.

- Several pieces of furniture were damaged or broken. No apology was given, and only a computer-generated form was sent in response.

- The shipment was severely delayed. During the consultation, the consultant guaranteed that our shipment was on an ideal schedule; based on this assurance, we chose Grace over other companies. No warnings about potential delays were communicated. It appears the consultant was primarily concerned with securing a signed contract as quickly as possible. Communications after signing the contract was slow.

One fair compliment I would give is to the movers on the day. They were polite, helpful, and handled our belongings with care when moving them from our apartment to the lorry.

PEACE OF MIND
I recently moved from Melbourne to Western Australia. As well as my house contents I had to relocate my very elderly cat and also my car.
Grace Removals handled everything. This gave me great peace of mind. Their communication was excellent. The team that packed up the house were very professional.
Jet pets were engaged to transport the cat and arrange his boarding for a couple of days. Jet pets were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the reports that they sent with photos.
Transporting the car was problem free. Picked up on time and delivered earlier than I expected.

We have used Grace Removals twice now and both times they have been amazing. The team go above and beyond what is expected I.e like making sure the washing machine is connected and working. We moved interstate and had a few hurdles with our settlements, Grace were accommodating and so easy to deal with. We will always use Grace in the future if we are moving.

We received our furnitures and goods in perfect conditions.

All of our wooden furniture (teak, 1960s, Danish and quite rare) arrived damaged. The “heavy duty” bubble wrap was insufficiently used to protect from damage en route. The removalists also taped directly on to the wood, so (when gently removed) the finishes were damaged further. The delivery firm (separate to Grace) stated that the packing was quite below their standards with incorrect boxes used, boxes not cut down, and items packed poorly in quite a few instances. Our other items arrived in tact but the experience left a bitter taste in our mouths as we expected better from a premium company that charges premiums prices.

The team here were great. They were able to travel a long distance and get the job done quickly. They handle my items with care, and helped set up some things as well. They also constantly checked it and asked if I had any issues!!

Such a punctual, efficient and friendly staff. The packer arrived at 7.30 am sharp and pack my whole house alone in 5 hours. The uplifting guys arrived with the container and uplifted the house in 2 hours. Not a single small dent in house or furniture.

It cannot be any smoother.....amazing job and efforts

The customer service was very responsive and the pricing was clear. I only needed to move a few boxes and everything was delivered to Hong Kong quickly. Very satisfied with the experience!

The company lost a box of my items, their drivers were rude to me when delivering the boxes, scratched one of my items of furniture, and when I reported that a box was missing Grace removals did not seem to care and didn’t bother following up either

Well organised from start to finish. Never kept "hanging" on the phone when I had a query. Whole process very straightforward and went smoothly. Admin and moving persons always welcoming, friendly, respectful. Would certainly engage for another move
