Everything was made very easy. Installer was quick and friendly and showed how to use the system in easy to understand instructions. Arranging payment was easy too and the first six months were free. I went on vacation and Grand Alarms made it simple to find out how best to proceed. I feel like I’m getting value for the money.

I had some issues with my door bell camera , the technician went out of his way to help me ( sadly I cant remember his name )

For over 2 years since I got the alarm system installed at my home, it has always prompted me with appropriate alerts and on 2 occasions, it sounded alarms for small fire inhouse. Even alerted fire and police department, who came rushing to help.
