I have had to call a couple of times and the help I received was kind, knowledgeable and always fixed my issue!

From day 1 the installation, the service installation is very professional and details. The app and program is user friendly.

Service was great as we were looking at other renewal options, however grand alarms was able to provide us a great deal and keep our business. The technician was knowledgeable and installed the updated hardware quickly and efficiently!! We were very satisfied with our overall experience!!

Experience is good overall; however, do not like that you have limited hours for Tech Support. Tech support should be 24*7.

The control pad is easy to use and accessible on my smart phone. It also alerts if there is a flood in the basement and it controls Porch lights and garage door.

I find a comfort knowing that I have the added security of the doorbell camera to keep my family safe even when we are not at home.

I had this system installed when i purchase a new house.
Setting up the system was already bad coordination, they came before internet is set up so we have to reschedule for another appointment to install front door bell camera. When many new builds are closing, we had to guess which camers is the correct one because there are many pending for setup in the area.

I never received any call from them when the alarm is on, when i couldnt disalarm soon enough. I dont think there is anyone who calls.

Also the company was entrusted to cut a conduit on my main lviing room to run the wite. They cut holes incorrectly and it left my new home with patches for almost 2month.
The conduit is not seal with covers, they literally just cut two hole on the wall so u can run wires, but there isnt any cover on both end to cover it.

The sales person contact me first by phone to let me know that they were on their way. Which I really appreciated. They came. They did their work. They were quite efficient.

That is had an issue with management of this building playing games opening my door and setting of my alarm and grand alarm got rite on it and had the cops come and ask what was going on as it was registered on my panel I love feeling protected from these gangster slumlords that break n enter when we weren't here knowing that my elderly mother is safe when im at work or when we are sleeping is something that is hard to believe until your able to have proof that it actually occurred thank you grand alarm company we both are greatful for your protection
