Greenco Property Group  レビュー

Greenco do a first class job They sort out any problems with the tenants without disturbing me I just get an email if there is any costs to maintenance. I just sit back and receive the rent I have used other property companies but nothing compares to Greenco wouldn’t use any other.

Great service from Emil and team . Thank you

Greenco Ltd is very helpful when I had problems dealing with City Council. She also prepares monthly statements on time and accurately.

Greenco is helping me to manage over 20 of properties in Liverpool and Manchester. Staff here are reliable and conscientious. I am at ease and satisfied.

Provided a great service all under one roof.

It was such a pleasant and smooth transition from one stage to another in the course of securing my apartment. The staff(Morgan, Lucy and Laura) I had encounter with were so receptive and helpful. I hope Greenco keep up this professionalism.

I cannot express enough how pleased we are with Greenco, our property letting agency in Manchester. The team went above and beyond to assist us in finding our perfect home during our relocation from London last year.
Their exceptional service has made our renting experience seamless, and we've been happily residing in our home for a year now. As we renew our contract for another year, we look forward to a long and positive relationship with them. Highly recommended for their professionalism and outstanding customer support.

Lucy, Laura and Megan were all terrific in assisting in getting us our new rental.

They were always quick and efficient with the response and gave us all the information we needed to make it a smooth Process

We have recently rented a property with Greenco and all the Staff were really helpful and professional, fast responses from Lucy and Megan on any emails we sent which made the process quick and easy and Laura the viewing agent answered all our questions on site. Quick and simple would recommend.

Excellent service
The staffs are helpful, especially Lucy,She always respond to queries on time.

Greenco have been very helpful. They have assisted with maintenance where needed and are not intrusive of your home. It's nice to know you can go about your life and worry about other things rather than worrying about the roof over your head.

Greenco is very responsive and professional.

Maintenance team are poor and un- organized. From experience we have had to chase for weeks when something has gone wrong. When the work is being carried out - it takes far too long. They don't have any sort of follow up team or calls put in place if a lot of work has been done. The team the company hire do the maintenance in the properties is very poor, the customer service from within the office is poor and there is total lack of flexibility.
The date of experience is not correct as it is every time we call we have a bad experience.

Greenco is a trustworthy and attentive property management company. It acts as an amazing middleman between the owner and tenant. Greenco helps me to collect rent remotely and timely without fail, and when there are any issues or requests from the tenants, or if any property needs maintenance or repairing, Greenco informs me automatically and is very careful with follow-ups. Greenco also helps me do routine check-ups on the house to make sure everything is proper and compliant to government regulations. Strongly recommend.

Lucy and Megan were amazing during the whole rental process from the viewing right down to the signing of the agreement. Greenco properties is highly recommended.

Fairly poor service from the start to finish (been renting from them for 3+ years). Office seems to be much more vigilant in chasing rent (late by 1 day) and sending section 21 rent increases than attending to repairs that’s been logged for 2+ months. Shows bo care for their long term, high rent paying tenants. Would not do business with them again after this tenancy.

Great service, good system in place, trustworthy, highly recommended!

Greenco is the company, we are renting and leaving for more than 2 years, we are really happy, and apriciate their receptivity.
Thank you so much for attention and solving our needs any time. 🫡

Very disappointing service. No hot water supply when we moved in. We did not have a properly functioned gas metre which showed no reading, leading to an overcharge of gas bill. We repeatedly asked for inital gas metre reading but did not get any reply from greenco for half a year. No reply to our email or text message. Not helpful at all.
