Glad to see the five stars, although we definitely take your point about club hire. Rental clubs are usually provided directly by the individual golf course, and availability can vary from course to course.

Greenfee365 provides the booking service for your tee time, while the maintenance, course conditions, signage, and on-site experience are managed directly by the golf course. Unfortunately, these are therefore outside of our direct control.

We're sorry to hear about the circumstances and hope your family member recovered quickly. Whenever a customer needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen events, we always submit the request to the golf course. Unfortunately, the final decision on refunds or vouchers rests with the course's cancellation policy, not with Greenfee365.

It’s especially useful when a five-star review also tells us where we can do better, so thank you for mentioning what happened when you arrived at the golf club. Having to prove that you had already paid by showing your receipt isn’t as seamless as the experience should be.

We would like to clarify that the golf club should not have collected payment from you again, as your booking and payment had already been made through Greenfee365.

We have contacted the golf club regarding this issue and are currently awaiting a response from the relevant person there. As soon as we receive their reply, we will follow up with you directly and work to resolve this matter.
