In some destinations, including parts of Scotland, tee times are requested rather than instantly confirmed, and availability is always subject to final approval from the golf course. When confirmation is not possible, we ensure that no funds are kept, which is why you were refunded in full.

Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry for the frustration you experienced. We’d like to clarify how our booking process works.

When you book through Greenfee365, the amount is reserved to allow us to request and confirm the tee time directly with the golf course. The payment is not completed unless the tee time is confirmed. If the suggested alternative time does not suit you, the reservation is cancelled and no charge is taken.

Regarding pricing, all green fees shown include the rate provided by the golf course at the time of booking. We do not charge “double” amounts, nor do we process payments without a confirmed booking.

We work with golf courses worldwide, and in some cases the clubhouse may not immediately recognise third-party booking platforms. However, all confirmations are handled directly with the course.

We would be very happy to review your specific booking and ensure everything is fully clarified. Please contact us at hi@greenfee365.com with your booking reference so we can assist you properly.

Refunds and cancellations are always handled according to the golf course’s specific cancellation policy, which is set by the club itself. Unfortunately, when a cancellation is made outside the allowed timeframe, the course may not approve a refund, even if the club is informed directly.
