TOTALLY UNRELIABLE

The rating would be zero stars if it was possible! I booked a taxi to collect me from Gatwick airport, my flight due to arrive at 11.30 pm on the 3rd July. My flight details were confirmed by email and I received an acknowledgement. The flight was delayed and arrived at 1.45 a.m. There was no taxi, I called them and they claimed to have the booking for the next day although they seemed aware of my delayed flight arrival time! As I was stranded (and alone) at the airport, I asked if they could help and the operator asked me to "give him 5 mins and he would call me back". No call. In the end I had no option but to get an airport taxi and pay £140 to get home to Reading!
I can only assume they just couldn't be bothered because of the flight delay. I emailed them the next day but no response, that in itself a clear indication of their couldn't care less attitude and complete lack of customer service.

Excellent Service

Excellent service. Booked a taxi for 3.00am, five minutes before I got a call, and a message, they arrived on time. Great attention. Will stick to this taxi service.

Very good company

Very good company! I have used them twice after try lots of companies in Reading, and for me is the best one at the moment!
