Camerakings is very quick in communication. Most of the times you can expect your e-mail or Facebook post answered within a few hours. Also, they always do as they promise. I had two problems with a single order. The first was that Dutch customs charged me with taxes which I had to pay in cash to DHL. Camerkings refunded this within the hour!
The second problem was a faulty baseplate on the Gini Rigs Advanced Extreme 17. Again, answered within the hour with the promise to immediately send me a replacement.

I'm very pleased with the service of Camerkings. All companies should be like this.

I live in Sweden. Camerkings said they would pay any VAT charges that came my way and they did -the same day.
The product was as promised but had a stripped screw(obviously from the manufacturer). Camerakings send me a new screw ASAP.

Just making my third purchase in the last 2 months and can say have never been happier with the service and items at less than Ebay prices with a trusted seller. Also posting to Ireland with a major courier that I can track my order is a huge bonus.
This is one company I would buy though again and again.

I've bought some LED panels and a matte box / rail kit from Camerakings in separate transactions, both times the items have arrived in good time and have been well packed and great quality. I have also spoken to them by email with some product enquires which they answered promptly and were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them again!

I bought a DSLR Lanparte Professional Kit V2 with V Mount Shoulder, monitor & follow focus. I have found after about 3 months, the battery pinch did not work properly - what can happen from time to time ... Camera Kings send me today a new battery pinch and that only after two short messages ...

Choosing and getting a quality rig fast is no picnic, the amount out there is simply mind blowing. After watching a few video reviews I made my choice of a Lanparte boxed kit.
I found Camera Kings and they offered some great deals at brilliant prices.
Quick to respond to each of my emails and questions about delivery I placed the order with confidence. I wasn't disappointed. The rig arrived in 24hrs (paid for the express service), and the gear was top quality.
Would totally recommend these guys, definitely my first port of call for kit next time.

I just purchased a shoulder rig and Flycam from Camerakings and I can only say these few words. Goods arrived fast and in perfect condition. Most helpful customer service and very prompt with their replies. Free shipping is also a plus. I will definitely buy again from this supplier. Highly recommended.

I orded the Lanparte Pro shoulder rig, complete with the Follow Focus and Pro Matte box, I also ordered a Flycam Vista II stabilisation rig along side this.

The order was completed on Sunday morning, it is now Thursday, so the shipping was extremely fast and efficient, however when opened the door to the delivery driver the packages looked rather small for the amount of gear I ordered. And indeed the Flycam unit hasn't been shipped.

I've contacted Camera Kings and still awaiting on a reply.

However overall they have provided a very good service, with quality gear so far!

As well as easily being able to find what I needed, the site helped me learn what else would be useful for me. In fact, I ended up buying something completely different, and I couldn't be happier.

I ordered a rig from Camerakings, they were very quick to answer any questions.
The rig arrived very quickly, there was a small problem, however, Camerakings, replaced the part without hesistation, it arrived very quickly.
The rig has been fantastic, great value for money.
Couple of days ago we received a letter from FedEx asking for £17.28 in fees. This worried me a lot, I contacted Camerakings, again, without hesistation they responded to my query.
They asked for a copy of the invoice from FedEx so I emailed it to them, within 30 seconds!!!!! Yes! 30 seconds I had an email to say that the money had been refunded to my Paypal account.
I have found Camerakings to be excellent. I would definitely order from them again, their prices are good, their aftercare is excellent, they answer questions promptly.
I would also recommend to a friend.

We bought an LED light and a shoulder support. The support came with no instructions and Camera Kings had the instructions with us within a couple of days. The light didn't work and looked used. I thought, "here we go, I'm being ripped off". Then 2 invoices came from Fedex after the site said no import fees. I thought "here we go, I'm being ripped off". I had to send the light back to India, the delivery cost nearly £50. I thought "here we go, I'm being ripped off". Wrong, wrong wrong!!! Camera Kings sent the fastest full refund I've ever received, literally within a couple of hours of saying they would. Including the cost of the item, the cost of the import and the cost of the return delivery.

I would definitely use this company again. OK, things don't always go smoothly but their prices are great and their determined efforts in customer support put bigger companies to shame.

I ordered a 3ft CamTree slider, when it came it was immediately obvious it was just too big for me and my 1 man film crew. The Slider itself was pretty fantastic, heavy solid and smooth...but it was just unrealistic that I was going to use it.

emailed CameraKings and they were superb, returned the 3ft and swapped for a more lightweight 2ft slider all within a week.

Excellent communication and service from CameraKings. I would (and already have) recommend Camera Kings for any and all Cam gear.

no matter what .. I loved the support and commitment from those guys, I have had some problems with my order after I received it but they kept in touch with me with great concern to resolve the problem.

I have purchased several times in the store.

Once a high-cost product and greatly troubled me buy it online. Then I received the product with some damage because it was sent from India. The store forwarding damaged material and assumed all the extra costs. A professional, and customer satisfaction.

Recently, I bought a cheaper product, but very good quality. This time, the product came from the UK, and arrived perfectly.

They are very professional at competitive prices.

Of course, I'll buy again from this store if I need some products of them.
