I researched Camerakings online before making an order with them. However, you can never be too sure of reviews as sometimes too much positive feedback seems suspicious. However, having found a fault with the equipment I was unable to use it on the shoot I had purchased it for and had to return it. Having explained the reasons for my return, Camerakings provided me with some of the best customer service that I've ever encountered (which is completely refreshing given recent experiences with other equipment providers). Thank you 'CK', I won't hesitate to buy from you again!

I've ordered a great and robust dslr rig and a slider with tripod in a period of 2 months and i was exceptionally thankful of the helpful customer service when they helped me figure out and bypass some problems i had with shipping and customs. They took action instantly, serving my needs asap. The products they sell are way better than most of the rivals' same-priced products and they have a vast product range. I would shop from them very soon again. Wholly recommended for the video enthusiast and professional.

On ordering the wrong item (the product line from lilliput monitors was confusing . . .) and not having time to get it redelivered before I left for a shoot, they allowed me a full refund . . . (I was able to get the item from a shop, although I had to pay more...)

This makes them my first port of call when shopping for camera and video equipment.

They were polite and helpful all the way down the line...

At first I was very sceptical about ordering from Camerakings.co.uk, because I've read several bad reviews on Trustpilot. I found out that I was looking at Cameraking.co.uk (No S).

After that I decided to order a Flycam Nano DSLR from Camerakings, as they had straight A's on their reviews.
My order was made on a Thursday, they shipped Friday.
Camerakings sent several e-mails about my order status which was great!

I thought - Oh well, It'll propably take a couple of weeks to deliver, so tuesday I wrote Camerakings - asking for a track'n'trace number.
After work that day, I got home - and there my package was.. I simply couldn't believe that it had already arrived, so I kept checking the label named "Package from Camerakings.co.uk" to verify that I wasn't loosing my mind.

I opened up the package, and there it was - just as ordered.
Great wrapping, great product, SUPER fast shipment, great customer service.
I know where I'll be buying my next camera equipment. :)

i've ordered a shoulder rig that come from india, in a week it was here in italy!! i will buy there again ;)

Had a problem with a part on a Lanparte follow focus system, emailed camerakings, new part arrived by courier 3 days later from hong kong, very impressed by the quick response and the no quibble new part. They even sent two replacment parts.

I'm a photography/videography addict who often spends some money on gear... I come from Italy, and my experience with these guys has been unexpectedly awesome!!!...
I purchased a Lanparte shoulder rig, which arrived in two days by FedEx...
Service has been FAST, EFFICIENT and COMMUNICATION (which i think is crucial) has been GREAT, they really have been helpful!
I will definitely buy from them again... and I will definitely recommend their site to every person i know....

I have just recieved a wondlan steadicam system and have to say that service has been really good!

I was maybe a bit fast an inpatient and contacted the support several times. They where fast to reply and very service oriented!

I recorment them highly!

Camera Kings do have an impressive service and as others mention in other reviews are patient, swift and understanding. I ordered camera shoulder mount + matte box kit, I requested a couple of specific swaps/changes in the equipment of the kit and no bother to them, they were happy to meet my demands. The order arrived and I was impressed. In time, I expect their variation of brands/stock to expand and I'll be dealing with them again for sure - I wish them the best for the future. I gave them an excellent WOT rating.

At first I thought this place seemed too good to be true... but it really isn't.. Its my favourite place to get my camera gear EEVVERRRR

I ordered a Flycam with a arm and vest. Everthing arrived in 3 business days. But the bearing of the center post was broken. They gave me a few tips to fix it by myself. This didn't solve the problem. 4 days after I e-mailed Camerakings about this problem a new sled and gimball arrived.

Great Web shop for a perfect price.

As they promised no additional sales taxes on their website, I ordered a complete camera-rig. Delivery was swift and correct. 2 weeks later, I received a customs tax invoice from the the shipping handler( FedEx) . I emailed camerakings about this, and literally within 10 minutes the amount was refunded. Perfect service!

I ordered the wrong item and they helped me all the way with very quick communication and helpful service. Within a week the unwanted item was sent back and I had received the item that I should of ordered in the first place. They were very patient and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely going back to them when I need some new camera gear (which will be very soon!)

I ordered a microphone blimp from CameraKings as it was very reasonably priced, with delivery by FedEx - including charges. It came within a few days and I was delighted when the FedEx delivery man did not ask for any money from me.

But then a few days later I received a bill from FedEx for £4.07 VAT - levied by UK customs and Excise - plus an "Advancement Fee" of £10.50 from FedEX for paying the VAT on my behalf.

I was pretty cross when I got this and fired off a message to CamaeraKings to tell them. So you can imagine my delight when the next morning I found a message in my inbox from them and a message from PayPal to say that both VAT and the extra charges had been refunded.

That is impressive in my book. Good customer service pays because happy customers spread positive news about companies who give it.

Good value for a very good price.
