We are extremely sorry you feel like this. Our customer service, which is extremely bragged by all our customers, replied to you ASAP and said we would be super happy to help you.
First, is important that you understand that the delicacy of a certain fabric has nothing to do with quality. For example, a silk fabric is easily damaged, even though it's extremely high quality. We must handle the fabrics according to its fragility. The bodysuit you bought is a best seller. It's made from a lycra fiber, which means that if friction occurs with zippers, bags and so on, it will show in the fabric. Our customer support was extremely careful and asked you if had worn something that could cause the friction. We never accused you. We always strive for the best customer support and we truly wanted to help you.
Last, it's really sad for us, as an ethical family business to be accused of something like producing cheaply. Transparency is our moto since day 1, as all of our customers know. We are super proud to produce locally, in certified factories, that we love, support and truly want to help succeed. Our suppliers and partners are part of our community and we have daily contact with them to ensure quality and perfect fit. We are a portuguese brand, producing in our own country, which is known for its amazing crafting. We are extremely sorry this was your experience with GUAJA. and hope to change your mind in the future. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. We wish you all the best.

Self-Shipping Option: If you choose to send the items back yourself, you'll find the return address provided in the email. You can use this address to ship the items back to us.

DHL Pick-Up Service: Alternatively, if you prefer the convenience of our DHL pick-up service, the email will contain a link to pay for this service. Once you complete the payment for the DHL pick-up, we will send you the waybill for the return.

Regarding your concerns about not receiving a response to your email inquiry, I apologize for any delay. Our customer support team typically responds to emails from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 6 pm. We appreciate your patience, and we're committed to addressing your concerns promptly.

Thank you for supporting our small business and for taking some minutes of your day to write us a review, it means the world to us.
Regarding the sizing issue, as you may know, we are a recent and small brand making our best to grow and since the beginning, we always had our designs going from size XS to XL, this is a huge step for a small brand that doesn't produce a huge amount of stock. We are super proud of this year being able to extend our size range and add sizes XXS and XXL.
If you pay attention to our recent designs (from this year) you will see that we have those pieces available from XXS to XXL (some of them sold out in these sizes).
It's very important to us to receive this type of feedback and we will for sure make our best to continue expanding our size range and hope you will be around to see it <3
