Been a returning customer for a couple years already. The pieces are amazing and such great quality. The support is great and very kind and quick! Never had a bad experience with Guaja and will for sure keep ordering here!

I had the best experience ever
I had the best experience ever! Replied super fast and considerately, helped me resolve my problem with choosing wrong sizes and returning the order - if every support was like that I would be in love with online shopping, for now I am just in love with Guaja - their support and ofc the products!

My new favorite brand, ever! I'm so grateful to have found Guaja after I moved to Portugal, a brand that really resonates with my style, while always ensuring quality and comfort - and most importantly, a brand that truly cares. They care about the environment, the women making the clothes, and their customers. So much thought goes into every design, every communication, and every order. I always receive my orders within 1-2 business days, and get a response back to any question/customer service request within a couple hours. Thanks again for sending the code and THANK YOU for providing never ending legs with your tall options. I’m 1.80 and your pants are the only ones I found so far that really have this amazing length so I actually need to wear heels with it 😅 it’s amazing.

Eu também adorei como elas vieram com pernas mais longas, já que na maioria das vezes calças como essa são muito curtas. Es mi marca favorita de ropa. Estoy construyendo un armario atemporal, de calidad, sexy y elegante gracias a las prendas de esta marca. Llevo sus prendas para mi trabajo y me siento súper cómoda y moderna al mismo tiempo. Comprar aquí es de las mejores inversiones que puedes hacer.
Además, siento mucha satisfacción al saber que estoy apoyando a una marca familiar portuguesa que apuesta por la fabricación nacional y artesanal con unas condiciones de trabajo dignas para sus trabajadores.
Si tienes cualquier duda o problema, te responden tan pronto como pueden y tratan de buscarte una solución o ayudarte con todas tus dudas sobre tallas y tejidos. El mejor servicio al cliente del mundo!!

I love everything about them
I don’t know where to begin. This brand is by far my number one go to place to find good quality, beautiful and unique clothes. It feels like going to your best friends that you trust with your life who has this amazing tip for you. When I was not sure about my size, the lovely lady from customer service recorded a video of her wearing two sizes so that I could check. They answer all my stupid questions on instagram, always being so nice and patient with me. They trust the quality of their clothes so much, they guarantee that their pieces last you a long time by helping you with questions on quality or care of garments. I don’t know where to begin but I am sure I will not end - because I found the brand that I will be following for life and that I am so grateful to have found. If you ever doubt whether to get anything from them, please try it once and you will understand why I am so excited. In this world of fast fashion, easy money making businesses, this brand is a breath of fresh air that makes you believe there are still genuine people out in the world. I am not exaggerating, go find out!

The best fashion brand and customer service
This is the best fashion brand. The designs, materials, quality, website, instagram page, delivery and of course - the customer service is a perfection, A+, amazing.
Recently I had an awesome experience with the customer service/support - I asked for the style advice and they were so nice and suggested style options and helped me out. They always reply on social media!
GUAJA is a staple in my wardrobe 🤍
I have ordered countless times for the past 3 years. I always receive compliments about GUAJA designs when I wear them! The designs makes me feel my best, because they are timeless, sustainable and just awesome.
Can not wait when ir order something new again soon! 🤍
