Easy to fill out and gives me peace of mind. Just hope I never have to use it!

The process seemed straight forward with no issues encountered to date, suppose the real test will be if ever have to use the policy.

Great website to find products and information regarding products. Used the reminder service to take out a policy 1 month before our students rental contract began. Relatively easy process to take out a policy, some of the wording could have been clearer.

With regard to actually purchasing the policy it was straightforward and the policy is fairly well worded. Let's hope I never have to use it and if I do that the policy does what it says on the tin with no wriggles. A decent buying experience that gives some peace of mind.

Very simple and easy to arrange relevant cover

Renewing for a second year in the same house and with same house mates. Quick to complete the fresh proposal form as most of the boxes could be pre-populated from last year's insurance.

Easy to apply, 3 different levels of cover available, secure payment & policy received promptly.

We were advised to take out guarantor insurance as our son has taken out a joint & several liability tenancy in a 6 person uni house share. My husband spoke to staff who were v helpful answering all our questions & concerns - the website was easy to navigate. Hope we will never need the service but provides some peace of mind!

Really straightforward to complete short form and arrange cover in a few minutes.

Application Process: This was very straightforward but I came across an entry of 'Student ID' or Student number' and I had absolutely no idea what this was, nor any guidance as to what it meant. I could not move to the next page to complete the application without this - so I made a number up and used '1234'.
That got me forward to complete but I had to give false information - which I don't like doing. There should have been an option to ignore this. I can only assume my grandson will get a Student number when he enrols in September. Please would you tell me what value this number offers you? Why do you require it?

Guarantor Insure was great and provided great service and answered my queries, there are many worries to your son or daughter starting university, and Guarantor Insure was able to reduce some of that risk when signing for their accommodation for the year.

Quick and easy to set up.Also incredibly helpful on the phone. It gives peace of mind to any parent being asked to be a guarantor for student accommodation.

Seems a good idea. Easy to set up. Seems to fit the bill. No experience of making a claim so can't comment on that.

Taking out a Policy like this was such an easy decision to make. It gives peace of mind and financial protection to us as Guarantors for our son's University shared accommodation in Birmingham.
