Very straightforward to set up. Like most insurance I hope never to need to use it but the value in insurance is ease of claim not ease of setup.

Excellent advice both online and on the phone. This is a fantastic and unique insurance policy which has given me peace of mind as I’m basically now responsible for 3 students’ rent and repairs to their accommodation (in London) if something goes awry!! Nobody should act guarantor without this protection and sadly people do not realise how much risk they are taking on. For £140 it is a huge safety net!

So pleased to find out about this company. Feel reassured that we have an insurance policy in place to support us as Guarantor's; a responsibility with surprisingly little information or support available.

Only just taken out the insurance and so I can't speak for that (and hopefully won't ever have to use it) but the process was quick and easy and they were very helpful when answering the few questions I had regarding it.

An easy process to follow to take out the policy and like many others we are hoping it won't be used. We did a lot of research into how we could protect ourselves when our daughter approached us to be her guarantor. After taking legal advice we were pointed in the direction of guarantor insure and asked many questions before deciding it was the best way forward for our peace of mind. Thank you to Tim for always getting back to us with the answers to our questions now we have entered the world of student rentals!

I recently bought this insurance. Easy and smooth process. Naturally, haven't made a claim yet so don't know how the company would perform in an unfortunate case of actually needing their help.

I’ve never had to claim so cannot really pass comment on that side of things, which is probably the most important to be fair, but the cover documents came through instantly and I could proceed with my sons rental.

Simple process to purchase and friendly advice given. Not had cause to put it to the test - and hopefully that will remain the case!

Couldn't complete online so gave the quote reference and finished the order on the phone. Fairly lengthy process but pleasant advisor.

Everything was easy except you don't know what info will be required until you start the application, then have to stop to contact student for ID number etc. I guess the proof in the overall rating is something we never hope to find out!

Quick and easy to sort out online but I sent a message querying something on the policy and I'm still waiting for a reply.

Hopefully I will never have to use the policy. Easy and straight forward and gives you peace of mind, especially when it's only a week in and the girls are already at loggerheads. Hopefully teething problems. Thank-you for making this so straightforward though.

Easy enough to set up. Fair enough price. Can't give 5 stars as only used half the service. If a claim is made and that is sufficiently efficient and quick to sort then can upgrade to 5 stars
