Sara, we’re really sorry this is how your order arrived. After waiting four weeks and paying extra for faster delivery, opening the package to find missing pieces and broken parts is incredibly disappointing.

We can see that replacement parts are already being arranged, but we also understand why another wait on top of the original delivery time makes this even more frustrating.
