One important note for anyone reading: we recommend submitting the exact window measurements and not making your own deductions, since the sizing allowance is accounted for during production. If the finished fit still feels too tight, that’s something our team should review rather than having you automatically reduce the measurements yourself.

We also hear you on the delivery time. If expedited service still took that long, that’s fair feedback and something we need to take seriously.
