My mistake fixed promptly.
Great communication and very understanding when I made a typo on my second purchase. It was way too short so true to their word they sent out a replacement promptly free of charge (I just paid the difference in size).
Terrific product especially for tight space, in this case a glass door.

Total Darknes
We live close to a council building which has floodlights for security around it. These lights shine through the window at the top of our stairs illuminating the landing and bedrooms. Since fitting our first guard blind no light comes in and we can sleep a lot better.

100% verduisterende rolgordijnen, werkt precies zoals zou moeten van een goede kwaliteit. Enige nadeel is dat je ze bij minimale wind al hoort kraken, hierdoor is s’nachts een raam open niet fijn.

Thrilled with results
I have a weird skylight behind one of our desks that I've been slow to add window treatments to, due largely due to cost. I had two estimates that each came in at $1000. My Guard shade cost less than $200 and I can't believe how perfect it is. And it was an absolute breeze to install. Plus, it arrived in 3 weeks (a local provider was going to take 4-6 for 5x the cost). I am over the moon happy with this product. Highly recommend!

CAUTION!!
I wrote a previous Trustpilot review. The company requested additional information and said that they do have a phone number to call. I provided the information and they said it will be 24 -72 hours to get back with me and provide me a refund for their computer error that charged me $1 for each fold in each of my blinds instead of $1 for cutting each blind. It was twice as expensive. Don't believe this company's word. They do not follow up.

Started with one window
Started with one window. Had a great experience and have since ordered five more. These blinds provide a total black out as shown on their website and videos. I have taken advantage of ordering multiple at once to save additional money. Did have a small scratch on one order and the tabs missing on another but after sending them an email, customer service responded right away and provide missing tabs and provided an additional discount to the scratched blind (totaly happy with what they offered). I had asked if they had a touch up pen to fix the scratch. They do not. Will likely order more in the future and have recommended them to friends.

Lived up to their guarantee
Our Guard Blinds have certainly impressed us- no light coming through at all! (And that is a big deal for my 3rd-shift husband!)
Customer service has been so helpful, as well. I'd measured one of our windows incorrectly, so of course we received a blind that didn't fit. When I realized what I'd done, I remembered the guarantee I'd read about the folks at Guard Blinds. True to their word, once I had the correct measurements, they sent me a free replacement, and it fits perfectly. I'd encourage you to have a rubber mallet handy, to get the corners in. These blinds fit quite snugly, but that's what we wanted. :)

Worst customer service I have ever encountered
The blinds are okay but the customer service is absolutely terrible. One of the blind didn’t fit and they have been stringing us along for months now and not sending a replacement like they say. Find another company

I love my room now
I love my room now. Eternal darkness. Two of my blinds were super tight so I had to hammer them in but it's all good it worked out. I didn't want to send them back.

Exceeds expectations
It’s been almost a week I installed the two blinds I purchased. I’ve got to say, my expectation of the item has been blown away. Followed the instructions, had a little trouble installing one of them, a little pressure did the trick where I wanted it placed. The second blind was easier to install with no issues, I actually thought the second was going to be loose, it was not. I am planning to order two more blinds in the near future. All I say to prospective customers is take the measurements as instructed, you will be extremely happy with the install.
