I love my room now. Eternal darkness. Two of my blinds were super tight so I had to hammer them in but it's all good it worked out. I didn't want to send them back.

It’s been almost a week I installed the two blinds I purchased. I’ve got to say, my expectation of the item has been blown away. Followed the instructions, had a little trouble installing one of them, a little pressure did the trick where I wanted it placed. The second blind was easier to install with no issues, I actually thought the second was going to be loose, it was not. I am planning to order two more blinds in the near future. All I say to prospective customers is take the measurements as instructed, you will be extremely happy with the install.

They provide what they promise: total blackout.

The ease of putting them together. I have a problem and called support. The support person was awesome. He took care of the issue. It was simple, remove the weather stripping. The blinds went into the window frame.

The blinds actually do block 100% of light from coming through. Cost is ridiculous but I'm still satisfied overall.

Honestly, I was skeptical of the ads I saw on Instagram but these are THAT good. I’m a night shift working nurse and I’ve never had a room this dark or slept this well. Get the measurements exact and you’ll be in dark heaven

These blinds are remarkablely easy to assemble and work fantastic! Perfect fit as per my measurements. We love them! I will be ordering more of these!

Amazing, total blackout for my son working nightshifts, really life changing. Ordered a second for my bedroom to help with early sunrises and so very pleased with both blinds. Needed to contact customer support and I can say the service is the best I have had from any company in many years. Will be purchasing more to black out the sun and help combat the extreme temperatures we are experiencing more and more during summer. we zochten een oplossing voor de slaapkamer van onze dochter van 1 jaar. de verduisterende gordijnen die we hadden lieten nog teveel licht door langs boven en onder. Super blij met deze verduisterende blinds van Guard (witte variant). net zoals op hun website gaat het in de kamer van licht naar pikzwart bij het sluiten van de blind. Zeker zijn geld waard, ik raad het product absoluut aan. Makkelijk zelf te installeren. Product komt uit China ook al is het een Zweeds bedrijf, hierdoor moest ik invoerkosten betalen, maar deze werden terugbetaald want zoals vermeld op de website is verzending gratis

Versuche seit Wochen telefonisch oder per E-Mail eine Antwort zu bekommen. Einfach keine Reaktion, dabei will ich einfach nur gemäß der Versprechung das Produkt retournieren....

The blinds do indeed make my room completely dark. Assembly was not as easy as I expected, but careful attention to the "how to" video resulted in success.

It absolutely blocks out all the light plus it was easy to install

We’ve been searching for a complete blackout solution for a large wide window in our Master bedroom for years by spending thousands of dollars on multiple various “blackout” curtains and still nothing worked to block out light. Guard Blinds ads on social media somehow tracked me down one night and an impulse purchase was made. Order process was straight forward except it took extra time because my extra wide window was a custom size, made to order, so I to make sure that my measurements were made correctly.Order was placed on 7/16/2026 and my Guard 2 was finally delivered yesterday on 9/24/2026 (exactly 10 weeks later). Order email confirmation stated 6-8 weeks for my custom order so be prepared to wait for months if you are also ordering a Guard 2 for a large window. This blind was expensive at $413 due to the custom blind size (128.5” W x 58” H). Fortunately, I had found a discount code online to use and saved $62. The Guard 2 construction is OK. The metal frame is decent and the pulling mechanism seems to be well engineered. The blind fabric itself feels cheap and weak like paper. When my blind is in the closed position which then pulls the fabric to stretch out so wide, I feel the fabric can easily rip or tear. Just don’t think this blind will last years. I told my wife that her fake finger nails will eventually puncture this blind if she operate this blind. Putting this large blind together also was not as easy as the YouTube videos had showed. Maybe it was because my blind was so large and wide. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and am very surprised on how TRUE the 100% blackout this Guard 2 blind can create! Crazy BLACK! Just concerned on how long the fabric will last us. One star deducted for cheap feeling weak paper fabric and prolonged production and delayed shipment & delivery.

Ordered two separate orders. received both. First one I messed up and measured the wrong window, installed and was happy. Second I ordered the correct size and installed it. Used my own weatherstripping on this one and was very satisfied. Blacked out the room perfectly and blocked the heat from the sun...excellent! Wife was cleaning and opened the drapes and then slid the blackout blind open and called me to see what had happened! I had intentionally left the mini blinds up behind the blackout as the window casing accomadated them but I didn't take into account and had no idea the apparent amount of heat these kept from the room! My plastic mini blinds had melted from the heat! I now have wavy mini blinds hahaha. Seriously not a complaint just a warning for others who do the same as me and honestly for us it's more funny than anything else! But hey they function exactly perfect for what I wanted from them! To block the sun and heat...wow I can sleep comfortably now.

I work whats called a "dupont shift schedule". Its a series of alternating 12-hour day and night shifts. If you dont get good rest, its rough on your circadian and sleep to say the least.

I just moved into a brand new home with much larger windows than what i used to have and i decided to invest in something thats truly blackout.
Starting googling, seen guardblinds come up on different websites like reddit and such and checked their website out andhey were running independence day sales. I noticed that they are quite pricey (compared to traditional blackout curtains like i was used to) but the sale was pretty good.
Personally sleep has always been an investment for me, and man i wouldnt change my decision to get them. They are PHENOMENAL. The little commercial where they close it and it just gets black? Thats legit 100%. The ONLY light in my bedroom is the around my bedroom door frame. Pitch black.
I did have an issue with sizing cause you have to measure your window frame yourself and im assuming i got one of them slightly off. They were sending me emails like "how do you like the product?" And i decided to tell them. They just asked me for a video of it, another set of measurements and send me a new ones immediately. Didnt even have to send mine back. Truly good customer service, thats why im going out of my way to write this whole thing.

10/10 you wont regret it if you truly want blackout.

Bonne qualité. Facile d'installation quand même. Difficile à mettre en place cependant. Le store était serré et les rails du milieu bombaient vers l'intérieur. J'ai du mettre des vis pour pour que le tout reste droit. Un petit 1/8 - 1/4 po de moins n'aurait pas fait de tort.

Pour le reste je suis super content. C'est exactement le produit décrit.

This is a great product from a company that stands behind what they advertise. I am one of the those that thought they had good measurements and ordered a set. When they arrived it was too long and I humbly let the company know and they made a new set to the good measurements at No Charge as advertised. Highly Recommend.
