Relatively easy to assemble and excellent at blocking morning light.

It is the best option we have found for blocking the sunlight to our room and keeping a clean look to the window inside and out

Where are my Nurses at??? These blinds are amazing!!! I have worked night shift for 14 years and have tried so many things and these are hands down the best thing ever!! I can finally have sunlight in my room after 14 years. I only got one to see if it was legit and it absolutely is! 10/10 highly recommend for night shifters! Now to get that OT for the rest of my window blinds! Thank you for an amazing product and easy install!

Excellent product, easy to order, great quality and works better than I expected!

My blind came in 10 days!! I originally wanted the graphite and realized it was too dark so I emailed them and the next day they got back to me and switched my color to titanium. The customer service was great. The blind was fairly easy to put together and fit perfect in my window. Only thing I had to adjust was tightening the string as the blind wasn't staying closed. easy peasy !!

I read some bad reviews and reddit posts, so I was a little nervous to order. one of three blinds fit perfectly. The other two were 95% perfect at first, but after moving them around in the window frame and realizing my frame was the issue, I would say the other two frames were 99% or even 100% perfect.

Support was very responsive and polite. All three of my windows are 100% blacked out. I've started putting tape on my electrical devices that emit light, and I've even started hiding some glow-in-the-dark trinkets. That's how dark my room is now. It's actually hard to wake up sometimes since it's so dark.

Overall, happy I too the "risk" and bought these. They were spendy, but they work and look high quality.

I had a unique situation to deal with while installing these blinds. I put in Anderson replacement windows and wanted to still use my triple track storms. This left me with no recess for these blinds. I did have a uniform flat surface available around the window.
I worked with the helpful people on their team and they made blinds to the exact size I needed to face mount them.
Production and shipping were very fast. I can’t thank them enough for accommodating my special needs !

I like a lot the blind that I ordered. Is high quality, so easy to install, did it on my own and I am a woman :) and it does what it should do. Now my bedroom is totally dark. I absolutely love it. Also the communication with the seller went perfectly good, whatever question or thing I had I got an answer. The measuring guide and installation video are so nice, easy to follow. I definitely recomand it.

They were very helpful answering my questions about a skylight blind. It was easy to assemble, fit perfectly & makes the room stay dark in the summer mornings. Couldn’t be happier!

I am giving Guard Blinds one star based on my experience from the beginning of the order through today.

My Guard Blinds order number is #44916. I placed the order on August 10, 2026 and paid $678.

Before production, Guard contacted me and asked me to provide more detailed measurements. I carefully re-measured all three windows exactly as requested and sent the measurements back to them. On August 13, Guard confirmed in writing that they had cross-checked my measurements and found no discrepancies.

The blinds were delivered on August 25.

When I tried to install them, I immediately discovered that they did not fit properly. I contacted Guard the same day and explained the problem. I sent photos and video. After that, they kept asking for more information, including product labels, additional photos, full-width and full-height measurements, and other documentation.

I provided everything they requested.

Despite Guard having confirmed my measurements before production, the blinds I received still did not fit. I requested a full refund of $678.

I then opened a dispute with Chase for the $678 charge. Guard told me that they would issue a full refund, but said they could not process the refund while the chargeback was active. They asked me to withdraw the dispute first.

I trusted what they told me and contacted Chase to withdraw the dispute specifically so Guard could issue the refund.

Chase issued an official letter dated August 28 confirming that the dispute was resolved and that the $678 charge would be rebilled to my account.

Guard then asked me for official written proof from Chase. I obtained the letter and sent it to Guard on September 4.

On September 5, Guard confirmed that they had submitted the Chase letter and my supporting documentation to their ecommerce platform and payment processor.

I followed up again on September 6.

I followed up again on September 7.

Still no refund.

On September 8, Guard told me that the chargeback supposedly still appears active in their payment system and that the review could take up to 75 days. They still cannot provide me with a definite date for my $678 refund.

So after weeks of dealing with this company, after providing measurements, photos, videos, product labels, additional measurements, bank screenshots, and an official Chase letter, and after withdrawing my credit-card dispute at Guard’s request, I am still out $678.

Another thing customers should know is where my package actually came from.

The shipping label on the package I received identifies the sender as “LEYOU co.ltd” and gives an address in Qingyuan, China.

I also found a Chinese corporate-information listing for a company named Qingyuan Leyou Household Products Co., Ltd. (清远市乐友家居用品有限公司) in Qingyuan. Its listed business activities include the production, processing and sale of home products and curtains.

The sender name, location, and business description appear consistent with the shipment I received. I cannot independently confirm the exact legal relationship between this Chinese company and Guard Blinds, but I can confirm that my package label shows LEYOU co.ltd in Qingyuan, China as the sender.

This was surprising to me because Guard’s website emphasizes its U.S./Texas operations.

The advertised customer-service phone number has also not provided me with a meaningful way to resolve this matter. Most of the entire process has been handled by email, and many of the replies I received read like translated or templated customer-service responses with repeated apologies but no actual resolution.

The most concerning part of this entire experience is that Guard asked me to withdraw my Chase dispute so that they could refund me. I did exactly that. Now the $678 charge is back on my account, I still have no refund, and Guard is telling me I may have to wait up to another 75 days.

As of September 8, 2026, for Order #44916:

* No $678 refund
* No definite refund date
* Weeks of back-and-forth communication
* Chase dispute withdrawn at Guard’s request
* Official Chase documentation provided
* Guard still says I may have to wait up to 75 more days

I am now documenting this experience and filing a consumer complaint.

If Guard finally issues the full $678 refund they promised, I will update this review. Until then, this is my actual experience with Guard Blinds.

Fantastic company! The blinds work great, I had an issue (my mistake) when measuring, and they took care if it no questions asked! Very grateful.

Great product my bedroom is now so dark my only problem is actually getting up on a morning
I got 4 and I made a mistake with measuring one of the blinds.
They answered my email very quickly, took my new measurements and sent me a replacement

Best thing since sliced bread. I wish that I had found these blinds years ago.
