I ordered a Concept 2 rowing machine in Mid May . It was delivered as promised within a couple of weeks and is wonderful. I am now on my way to peak fitness without leaving my home. Brilliant product brilliant service and brilliant price. V Pleased.

I cannot speak highly enough of Gymkit UK. It isn’t often these days you find a service that strikes that perfect balance between professionalism and personal, but they have nailed it. The two colleagues I engaged with, Kerri and Steve, were a delight from start to finish and went above and beyond to help me in quite specific circumstances. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

There was a delay to my order and they had forgot to include a small accessory. They promptly arranged a refund for the accessory on my request and given the circumstances with BREXIT/COVID a delay was expected.

Concept 2 is a great bit of kit. Glad i could find a company who had stock!

Im happy with the price and product. Easy navigaton and purchesing through the website. Relativly quick reply to cutomer emails. However, when i contacted multiple times asking for a clear infomration on dilivery date, i was told it would be delivered with 5 business days. I explained that i would need to be in for delivery and wanted more specific time frames. I understand this may not have been possible. But it would have been nice for that to be stated.

I ordered a Concept 2 rowing machine at a good price and it was delivered quickly with no problems. I emailed the company just to check dispatch and received a prompt response. Very pleased with the product.

Just received our Concept 2 D rowing machine, found the instructions very easy to understand, my partner and I have had our first training session everything went well looking forward to our next one.

I was very grateful, that by good fortune and providence, after MONTHS of mind bending research for exercise equipment, mostly spin cycles, I came across GYMKITUKK. I don’t know how I missed this company for months, but it was the light at the end of the long tunnel for me, of equipment comparison , price comparison and last but NOT least, excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE .
I finally found people that were willing to go THE EXTRA MILE to help me come to a decision from EVERY aspect of making a purchase; specs, pricing... After MONTHS of almost buying a Peleton and then almost buying a Precor bike, then almost buying a JTX Cyclo Studio, then almost buying a Schwinn and almost buying a Technogym indoor cycle and almost buying a LifeFitness Spin cycle, but NEVER quite finalising ANY decision , I figured I would just never really decide but would end up just choosing any of these good bikes, each that had one thing I wanted but another thing lacking.
For example LifeFitness had a bike that seemed great, but had a rear flywheel and I wanted a wheel in the front. Or the JTX Cyclo studio, had good specs and decent reviews but was very new on the market,( and the lead time for delivery was about 2 months. Plus I would have to pay for installation. ) Or the Peleton is a good bike but the handlebars don’t have the fore/aft adjustment option, and also I didn’t want the big screen because wasn’t into the membership ( and the screen is a permanent fixture ), or the Schwinn that seemed like a very well constructed bike but too geared for real bike riders and I wanted a more comfortable looking bike. Or the Precor which was a good bike from a well established company but didn’t offer much by way of seat comfort or consoles and I wasn’t sure about customer service. Then I found out that precor was bought by Peleton and was transitioning ( not best time to purchase ). I researched the American companies Sunny and Sole which seemed good but wasn’t sure of the international customer service and what it would be like. I even tried John Lewis but it seemed they were also struggling with their customer service and besides the bike choices were often out of stock.
By the time I came to the end of researching, by reading reviews and watching countless YouTube bike comparisons, corresponding with company representatives (who were often working from home ), I knew what it was I wanted from a bike, what I was willing to spend ( more than I initially intended ), and what I was hoping for from a company. I just didn’t know where to get it...
Until I discovered GYMKITUK ...and spoke with Reece ( who left now to pursue a coveted career ) who said to me ‘you’ve clearly done your research and seem to know what you want. Send me an email with all the specifications you would like in a bike and I’ll dig around and see what I can source for you’. Words were never sweeter to my ears. I sent an email and waited. Within a couple of days he came back to me with a bike from a company I had never heard of ( I’ll tell you why in a minute ) .The bike had everything I wished for except that the price was more than intended. The bike was by a company called STAGES and I think the reason I never heard of them is that they are a higher end company that supplies boutique gyms like David Lloyds. But now due to COVID began selling to individuals.
Of course I called STAGES and did my own bit of research, and was impressed by their expertise and professionalism. I called Reece (yes! GYMKITUK representatives answer calls regularly ! Not just emails ! ) and we began implementing the steps towards purchase. Best of all the bike would be available within 1-2 weeks. I did feel I wanted to be kept more in the loop regarding delivery. I felt I had to correspond and call to keep abreast of the delivery and timing. I would have preferred that GYMKITUK would have initiated updates leading towards delivery. However when I did get in touch, Kerri, another lovely representative, was consistently equal to the task of getting back to me and being on top of the delivery details. One other thing which was unexpected and I don’t know if this was responsibility STAGES or GYMKITUK, the delivery person , clearly experienced in delivery and highly knowledgeable on every aspect of the STAGES bike, for some reason expected to do a curbside delivery even though I was pretty sure that wasn’t what I was expecting. I was expecting delivery and installation IN THE HOME. Good thing is bike came FULLY ASSEMBLED and the man did (on little persuasion) bring the heavyish bike into my basement. Not such an easy task in hindsight. For anyone reading this and looking for a spin cycle, the STAGES bike (got the SC1 plus the console ) is the BEST EVER

I pre-ordered the Concept 2 from Gymkit UK after researching price and finding theirs more than competitive. They promised delivery after receiving the order at the end of February. I was worried when i had not heard from them so e-mailed and got a really helpful, reassuring response. The rowing machine was delivered on 2nd March and I LOVE IT! It is robust, well weighted and with smooth action. I wish I had bought one before the first Lockdown!

Kept me up to date with my order, it was delivered on time. We are very happy with the purchase and would use gymkit uk again.

Got in contact with GymKit UK and they were very quick to reply. Really helpful and got my order completeted asap with a lot of information that I had asked for.
