I’ve waited a few months to leave a reviews to really test the equipment. We bought a precor smiths machine and a technogym cross trainer.

The equipment is top draw and the service was awesome.

Great company and great people

Sadly I accidentally damaged my Bowflex bench, tearing a huge hole in the seat section. I dealt with both Rhona and Ellie, both were extremely helpful, providing a timely quote and repair service. I’m super happy with the outcome, it looks as good as new!

Initially I gave an awful review and completely unloaded on the guys at gymkit after my order was not despatched on the date stated when my order was placed

Credit to the team at Gym kit they responded to my petulant stupid complaint in a very calm professional manor giving me the confidence that my order was fulfilled and fully explained the reason why their was a slight delay

Of which it turns out was my own stupid fault as I had complained and made such a fuss !

Don’t worry I have completely checked myself and realised their is bigger things in life to moan about

As a small rowing club we have recently been able to obtain funding to set up a small gymnasium to expand training opportunities for our members. I ordered a Concept 2 Bike ERG from Gymkit UK
on 8th November 2021 and it arrived on Tuesday 9th November the next day. Very fast delivery indeed.
The sales Rep Tommy was very helpful and it was him who organised the sale and delivery.
What I liked was the great communication to let you know every step of the way what was happening with my order from dispatch to tracking my item until delivery itself.
When it arrived by DHL it was well packaged and fairly straight forward to assemble.
Everything that was required for assembly was in the box.
The bike itself is excellent and very well constructed and so far I am very pleased with my purchase.
You usually have to wait for The Concept 2 Bike ERG to be available and actually in stock but Gymkit UK had several of them in stock so that was good news.
This is the first time I have used this company and I certainly would no hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them for any of your keep fit apparatus.

On June 23 I ordered a pair of Nubell adjustable dumbbells and a stand.

The website and my confirmation advised that I'd receive the first that month in June, and the stand in August.

Gymkit UK took full payment of £790.40 on June 23.

Thank you for your email in regards to your order, we have been advised Friday late that the container has a new ETA from China of late July, we are working with Nuo Athletics owner to try and get this sooner and resolved. We are also working on a customer notification to advise customers with some kind of resolution matter from China.

Kerri - Dear Ryan, I just wanted to personally update you on the delivery date for your Nuobell Adjustable Dumbbells. We have an ETA of mid to the end of August. As soon as the stock arrives into our warehouse we will start arranging deliveries immediately. As you may be aware, a combination of Brexit and Covid caused huge problems with the shipping of goods to the UK from overseas. We are doing everything we can to expedite your Nuobells as soon as we possibly can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Perfect products! Perfect service! Highly recommended!

I ordered a refurbished Life Fitness cross trainer to replace an old model on the condition that the old one could be taken away when the new one was delivered. The sales team were helpful and friendly from start to finish answering all my questions and putting my mind to rest. However, where Gym Kit UK excelled was with their delivery and installation team, the work these guys do is phenomenal they went over and above their duties and i can not thank them enough. Completely recommend using this company!!!!

I was really impressed with my recent customer service from Ellie Richards, Brand Manager at Teeter.
She was so efficient at responding to all my questions both by email and over the phone.
Nothing was too much trouble, even when one of my purchases proved unsuitable for me , she assisted me effortlessly in the returns process. I would not hesitate to use GymKit again.

Great service from the initial sales enquiry right through to delivery. Very happy with the spin bikes that we purchased for a good price. Tommy who dealt with our order was very helpful throughout.

Great customer support! Especially Ellie (Teeter brand manager @ Gymkit UK) has been exceptionally helpful during the order process, very friendly and competent. From start to finish a great customer experience, I was very happy. The Teeter inversion table itself is of high quality and solid build. Probably the best product in this price range. A clear recommendation for the shop and the product.

Gymkit uk have been extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. There were issues with sourcing the original bike I ordered but instead of going for the easy option of a refund they provided an upgrade which has turned out fantastic. The bike had a few issues to start with but they were on the case immediately and resolved everything. Fantastic job and I will be back for additional equipment in the future.

Excellent post-purchase communication and speedy shipping. Only issue is emails initially were filtered automatically by my email, but a very minor complaint.
